Entry In the opening scene, a harmonica can be heard playing. Director Marc Lawrence is the one playing, although he insisted on being credited as 'Blind Lemon Lipschitz'.
Entry In the trailers (on the radio in the UK, anyway), there's a bit with Hugh Grant saying something like "This is no job for a grown up - drinking without being responsible...actually, it doesn't sound that bad". This was never in the finished film.
Entry In the trailer , there is a scene that is very obviously cut from the movie. It involves Sandra Bullock and her friend, who got married, out for a jog and it appears that Sandra realises here that she loves him, she and her friend repeat a sequence where her friend says 'you love him' and Sandra says 'I love him' this carries on for a while.
