10 Twilight mistakes in pictures
These mistakes are currently being ordered by time. Entries without times will appear at the end.
Directed by Roger Donaldson, starring Bryan Brown, Tom Cruise (add more)
Continuity: At the start of the movie, the guys are in an LTD chasing a Greyhound bus so Tom Cruise can get on. They pull ahead of the bus and pull over to stop. The bus stops really close to them almost hitting the LTD. In the next scene they get out of the car and have to walk about 20 feet back to the bus.
Continuity: During the first conversation Tom has with his uncle at the bar, the level of the beer rises and falls several times.
Other: When Brian (Cruise) takes a picture of his friend Doug on the boat, the picture shows Doug in a different position than that of when the picture was taken.
Continuity: As Tom Cruise and Elisabeth Shue are walking on the beach on their first date, they walk towards the camera, and you see the shadow of the camera crew very clearly.
Continuity: Tom Cruise's hair changes from long to short to long to short in some of the early scenes.
Continuity: In one of the scenes where Tom is throwing the bottles around, he throws up a spirit bottle, grabs it behind his back, and then it is a wine bottle.
Continuity: When Tom Cruise enters the movie theatre, there's a movie written on the lights. When he leaves it, the name on the lights has changed.
Other: When Brian & Doug are singing and walking drunk though the city, they come to a subway which Doug falls down. When Doug lands from the fall there is some water next to him but in the next scene the water has vanished.
Continuity: When Tom Cruise goes to Jerry's to meet up with Jordan, he has a dark checkerboard sports jacket. When he is in the booth, he has a new jacket on. When she goes to get "the special" he has his original jacket on. When she dumps "the special" on him, he has the second jacket on again.
Continuity: Soon after Brian finds Doug dead, and he goes to Jordan's parents' apartment to get her, you can see that she's pregnant. In the next scene (their wedding reception), she does not look pregnant at all. Her dress is close-fitting, and there are many shots with her spinning around as they dance, so you can see her belly.
Continuity: Elizabeth's character, Jordan, meets Brian on one day. Then the very next day (looks to be around noon or so) she comes to thank him for helping out yesterday. That evening, she and Brian go with Doug and Kerry to a club where she answers Kerry's question of "How long have you known him?" by saying "About 10 hours."
