In the scene where Cobra is preparing his weapons in the hotel room, you see him take out three grenades from a bag that is lying on the table inside the room. As the camera changes shot during the scene, you see Cobra remove the third grenade for a second time, even though in the previous shot he has already taken it out of the bag. See more...
