Continuity: Rosemary and Guy walk into The Dakota and from the overhead shot we see the guard standing on the curb to left of the entrance. In the next shot of them inside the entranceway the guard is now inside the tunnel with them.

Rosemary's Baby (1968) - 142 mistakes
These mistakes are currently being ordered by time. Entries without times will appear at the end.
Continuity: The building manager says, "Oh, an actor. We're very popular with actors," as they approach the door to The Dakota. In the next shot when Guy responds they're already about four or five feet through the doorway at the steps.
Visible crew/equipment: As they all walk up the steps to the building Guy says, "I did Hamlet a while back" and you can see the reflection of equipment and the studio lights in the wood paneling to the right of the door.
Other: As Rosemary, Guy and the building manager walk up the steps into The Dakota, Guy accidentally calls Rosemary "Liz". It's easy to think that this might be a joke and not a mistake except for the fact that he gets her name wrong three times in the movie.
Continuity: As they wait for the elevator Rosemary is standing to the right of Guy. In the next shot as they walk into it Rosemary is in front of Guy.
Continuity: The building manager is looking forward with his hands at his sides as the operator closes the elevator door. In the next shot the manager has his left hand raised and is leaning against the side of the elevator facing the other way.
Continuity: The operator closes the elevator door and there's no railing behind it. In the next shot from inside the elevator the operator is holding on to a protective rail.
Continuity: As Rosemary walks out of the elevator the sides of her hair are curled. When we saw her earlier as she met with the building manager her hair was straight.
Visible crew/equipment: The shadow of the cameraman's head can be seen on Guy just before they walk into their apartment for the first time.
Continuity: The building manager lets them into the apartment and Rosemary and Guy stand in the hallway as he closes the door behind them. In the next shot Rosemary is already in the kitchen.
Visible crew/equipment: As he shows them the kitchen the building manager says, "I'd be grateful to go that way myself when the time comes". As he turns around to leave the kitchen you can see the shadow of the camera on his jacket.
Continuity: When the building manager opens the door to the apartment we see three lights down the hall, one lamp dead center and two nightlights one on the left and one on the right. In the next shot the nightlight on the right is turned off. Later when they walk out of the kitchen it's back on again.
Continuity: The second room that they walk into is across the hall from the kitchen to the right of the entrance door. Rosemary is the first to go in and walks right up to a window. In the next shot she's standing in front of some plants.
Continuity: The building manager says, "she was quite a woman" and we see two gray phone books on top of a desk on the far wall. The two phone books are not even with each other when we first see them but in the next shot as Rosemary walks over to the desk they are.
Continuity: The building manager says, "now this room, would make a lovely nursery" as Rosemary stares at him wide eyed. In the next shot she's staring at the ceiling.
Audio problem: Guy flushes the toilet as he walks through the bathroom. The toilet is actually empty and the sound is an over-dub because there is no resistance on the handle when he pushes it down. Had an old toilet like that actually been full you would see the resistance in the lever as the flapper inside rises.
Continuity: The building manager says, "That's odd there's a closet behind that secretary". The lamp with the three lights that was in front of it when he opened the door of the apartment at the beginning of the scene, is not there now.
Continuity: The building manager faces the spot in front of the closet where the secretary was as Rosemary says, "She moved it, it used to be there". In the next shot the building manager is facing them.
Continuity: Rosemary talks to Terry Gionoffrio in the basement as they both do their laundry. She interrupts their conversation to put fabric softener into the machine and, if you listen closely, the washing machine is empty as she pours it in.
