Early in the movie when the parents are digging up the enemy robots, the arms that are sticking out of the ground don't belong to either of the two bug bots that are used in the later fight. [So Ooze had three robots and one of them didn't work after so many years buried.]

At the end of the movie after the Rangers revived Zordon, Kimberly says to Zordon "We thought you." following with Zordon saying to Kimberly "I am glad to see you too." but he is not looking at Kimberly when he says this. [This is not a mistake. He doesn't actually have to be looking at her in order to say that.]

When Fred's dad touches the ooze, he turns instantly into a zombie and once outside, headed for the quarry, is joined by other zombie mums and dads. This means that they all went home and touched the ooze at the same time, which is highly unlikely. [Angel Grove is a big city. Those other adults could have been walking down the road for hours; those are just the ones that happened to be walking by Fred's house when his dad touched the ooze.]
