Mistakes
When Chucky talks to John, he sits on a counter talking to him, and there is a cupboard to the left of the window above the counter, and the cupboard doors are closed. Yet later when Chucky stands up, he stands near the cupboard and says "You got me into this, you get me out!", and you can see behind him the cupboard door is now wide open.
