In the scene where Harris and Proctor are in the hot air balloon, (just right before Proctor shoots the warning shot), you can see what looks a like microphone in the lower left corner of the screen. [What we are seeing here is Captain Harris's megaphone.]

When Lt. Proctor first spills the milkshake, it is on his lap. The next shot shows it on his legs. [Yes because when he stands up, the milkshake runs down his legs, obviously.]
