When Xander and Yelena are in the restaurant and they are shown through the window from outside you can see the reflection of a film crew member in the window.

In the fifth shot of the amazing bridge stunt, an Arriflex camera with yellow cords hanging down from the camera is visible, off to the left of the screen. Also, in the same shot at the beginning of this shot (in the upper lefthand corner) you can see a guiding ramp setting the car to go off the bridge.

During the battle in Colombia, Xander jumps over a fence and when he's seen landing, it is clearly a stunt double.

When X jumps the Senators Vette off the bridge, he uses a parked trailer to jump over the side. When the shot cuts to the angle from underneath the bridge, you can clearly see the ramp spanning both lanes of the bridge.

Watch Xander face as he stands on his car before he jumps off the bridge at the beginning - it can be seen that it is the stunt double and not Xander.

When Xander is jumping from the plane with the snowboard attached to his feet he does some aerial moves. When he is finished them and about to pull his parachute cord you get a shot from up above. On the ground you can see the shadow of the helicopter that is there to film the aerial shots of the scene.

Just after XXX says "There's the bridge" and points, you can see the boom mike on top of the frame.
