These mistakes are currently being ordered by time. Entries without times will appear at the end.
Directed by Terry Gilliam, starring Carol Cleveland, Eric Idle, Graham Chapman, John Cleese, Michael Palin, Terry Gilliam, Terry Jones (add more)
Continuity: During The Miracle of Birth Part 1, when the guy goes into the operating room, the girl puts the gown on the first doctor. It's barely on, but, in the next, wider shot of him, it's completely on and she's tying the back together.
Continuity: In the delivery room, when Graham Chapman tells the nurse he wants more apparatus, John Cleese is putting on gloves. When it cuts, he puts them on again.
Continuity: During the parade scene, one of the men says he's learning the piano, and Michael Palin screams at him. In a close shot of MP's face he's screaming into the man's right ear, but in a wider shot it's the left ear.
Other: In the marching up and down the square skit, the guy behind Eric Idle is trying not to laugh.
Continuity: When John Cleese is fixing the bed in the class room you see him standing holding his coat with his right hand. When it cuts he is holding it with his left hand.
Revealing: When the Indian servant is stabbed in the back by one of the Zulu warriors, we can see that he is wearing something under his jacket to enable the spear to stick to him.
Visible crew/equipment: At the end of the Galaxy Song when they walk out of the stars and back into the house, you can see the thing that they're standing on.
Continuity: When you see the cleaning woman in the Mr. Creosote scene, you see that she has black hair. But in the next scene when she's cleaning up and talking to the waiter, she has grey hair and a blue hat.
Audio problem: The people go looking for the guy's leg and see the tiger. When the guy says "Look", the sound comes out later than his mouth moves.
Revealing: Just after Mr. Creosote explodes and all of the guests are vomiting, there is one male guest third from the front that is puking. Though his hand is up near his mouth, it is clear that the puke actually comes from his hand rather than his mouth, revealing that he is holding something that produces the fake vomit.
Continuity: During the "Crimson Permanent Assurance" short film at the start, watch when the old men are climbing out of the windows on to the scaffolding. One of the men drops his sword as he goes out the window, but when the scene switches to the outside view of the same man climbing out, he is holding it in his hand.
Continuity: In the scene with Mr Crestoe, additional vomit appears on his shirt between shots.
Continuity: At the end when everyone is in the dining room in heaven, Mr and Mrs Brown (The Liver Donaters)are sitting at a table in the foreground. The dinner guests walk down the steps and the camera angle changes. You can see that a different man is sitting opposite Mrs Brown where Mr Brown should be.
Visible crew/equipment: In the Sperm song, when the verse says "Mine, and mine" and the corpse says "Mine", you can see a distorted silhouette of a lighting tripod (It could not be a camera tripod as the camera is in a different angle).
Continuity: In the Organ Donor scene, the girl says "That's what he used to say". Between shots, the girl has moved closer to the guy.
Revealing: Near the beginning of the 'Crimson Permanent Assurance' sketch one of the guys running out in panic quite badly clamps his fingers in the door yet it doesn't appear he really hurt himself much.
Continuity: At the Miracle of Birth, when the doctors are explaining to the patient the most expensive machine in the whole hospital, when you see the back shot of her, she's leaning up a little bit. Following shot she's now lying fully down.
Audio problem: In the "Every Sperm is Sacred" song, when the priest and the newlyweds sing, the woman's mouth stops, but her voice is still heard.
Revealing: In the organ donor scene, when the guy takes out the liver, you see him turn to his left to pick it up, so you can tell he didn't take it out of the guy.
