Factual error: In the beginning when agent J is riding on Jeff (The huge subway worm) he has to duck out of the way of the lights that control the traffic in the tube. However the traffic contol lights are not in the ceiling of the subway, they are generally on the right side of the train.

Continuity: The entrance room (the large stone building off Battery Avenue) to the starport reverses between the two movies. In the first movie, the guard sits on the right hand wall as one faces the elevator, with a fan visible through a grille behind him, and a circular vent on the other wall. In MiB II, he is sitting against the left hand wall, but the fan and grille is still behind him, meaning it has changed walls.

Continuity: When Agent J drives to see the small, gold alien ship in the yellow tent, he steps out of his car and into a small amount of mud. His shoes already have mud around the soles and edges when he steps out.

Factual error: Grand Central Terminal has no lockers in the main concourse area.

Continuity: I'm not an expert on big city travelling - but I can't shake the horrible feeling of the final "countdown" we are given - from the train station, to the video store, to the guy's house, to K's house - the timing just seems almost too fast to run around and do all that.

Other: When Agent J takes the anchovy tin out of the cabinet at the pizza place he exclaims, "Anchovies in virgin olive oil". When the camera shows the top of the tin it only reads, "Anchovies in Olive Oil". No "virgin".

Continuity: When Jay and Kevin get flushed to the surface and are standing inside those mailbox thingies, the water on the inside walls and around their feet is blue (as it should be) - but the water dripping down their faces is colourless.
