Continuity: The first shot after the opening credits is of 4 cars converging on a junction - the bottommost and topmost arrive first, then the other 2. The next shot shows them arriving again - in a different order.

starring Deborah Kerr, John Huston, Orson Welles, Peter Sellers, Ursula Andress, William Holden, Woody Allen (add more)
Continuity: There are sheep all around M's car, but in the short closeup of the chauffeur (John Le Mesuier) getting in there are none visible through the windows.
Continuity: When James gets in the bath, there is a lot of foam behind him and on Buttercup's arms. The camera angle changes and all the foam has gone.
Continuity: After Mimi has been locked in her room, she rushes to the window to escape. In the interior shot, the window has one blind that is just the width of the center pane of glass. In the exterior shot there are 2 blinds which, together, cover all 3 panes.
Visible crew/equipment: When Mimi is escaping from the castle and swinging on the drain pipes, the wire holding the whole lot up is visible.
Visible crew/equipment: After Mimi has cut off the magnetic button and launched it away with James' braces there is a shot of the exploding grouse and the wires making it fly are visible.
Factual error: After the grouse shooting scene, there is a map on screen which shows the A230 crossing the England-Scotland border. The A230 is really in Kent.
Continuity: When we first see the remote-controlled milk float its front number plate is normal. When it starts moving, though, there is a piece of red tape over part of the plate. The red disappears again in subsequent shots.
Visible crew/equipment: In the shot where the 'Dual Carriageway' sign is seen and the cars drive over the camera, the man driving the milk-float that is meant to be being controlled by radio is visible.
Continuity: While going quickly around a sharp bend, the milkfloat sheds most of its load. In the next shot, the back is full of milk crates again.
Other: When James enters M's office, the map on the wall has 2 flags in Canada and 3 across South America. A little later, when Hadley is explaining what they mean, 1 of the Canadian flags and 2 of the S. American ones have vanished.
Continuity: Cooper slips the strap of Miss Moneypenny's nightie down, but then she sits up and the strap is back up.
Continuity: Cooper takes Moneypenny's AFSD Report and drops it on the floor. In the next shot it is back on the shelf at the head of the bed.
Continuity: When the bed with Peter Sellers on it starts lowering, from one angle the bed's dropped below the level of the ground around it, but then in a closer shot of Peter Sellers, we can see behind him that it's not moved. The next, wider, shot shows that we should have seen the hole's walls behind him.
Continuity: There is a scene where Ursula Andress spins in slow motion on her bed, while pink feathers float around her. In the next scene you can see the pink feathers still in her hair. In the next they are pink hearts.
Continuity: Forydize says the Tremble has a 1965 Rolex Oyster Perpetual. Q gives Tremble a replacement that is meant to be the same, but with the radio and TV screen built in - Tremble says that he cannot tell the difference between the new watch and his original. But when a closeup of the new watch is seen, it is not a 1965 Rolex Oyster Perpetual.
Continuity: Forydize is standing right behind Tremble, measuring him for his MI5 clothing. The camera angle changes and now he's standing right in front of Tremble.
Continuity: Bond enters the temple and sits. 12 girls come in, they have their hands together and obviously aren't carrying anything. They kneel and are then suddenly waving giant sheets around which have appeared from nowhere.
Continuity: Most of the time that Le Chiffre is playing cards the women gathered around him are in the same position - e.g. the blonde twins are either side of him and the woman in the bright green dress is to his right. However there is one short shot, just before Le Chiffre does his levitating woman magic trick, where they are all in different positions - e.g. the woman in the green dress is now behind him to his left.
Revealing: The Union Flag pinned to the back of the taxi driver's jacket is upside down. Since he is part of the government (he's undercover for the Foreign Office) he shouldn't make such an terrible mistake.
