Audio problem: When Axel first reunites with Serge, Serge greets him with a kiss on each cheek. Problem is, we can hear the smooch on each cheek, but Serge is speaking at the same time, and he does not pause his speech for the smooch.
Continuity mistake: When DeWald is finishing his speech and says thank you, the camera cuts and Axel and Billy are walking with Axel clapping. In the next shot they've suddenly stopped and Axel isn't clapping.
Audio problem: When Hector Elizondo comes to the park near the end and shoots the guy in the lift, there are a lot of rides operating around him. We don't hear the rides making any noise. Anyone who has been to an amusement park knows how loud rides are.
Revealing mistake: When Axel is jumping from car to car on the spider ride, he just about falls. There is a shot looking down as some people try to help him. It's painfully obvious that it's a stunt man. He looks a lot different from Eddie Murphy.
Other mistake: At the end of the movie, after Axel Foley changes the Wonderworld dollars to say "Kiss My Ass", the corrupt government agent that discovers them gets shot 3 times, but there's only 2 gunshots.
Suggested correction: He only gets shot twice. Both shots are on his left lapel. You may be confusing his pocket square with a bullet wound.
Continuity mistake: The damage to the bench that Foley hides behind when using the big gun changes.
Visible crew/equipment: The Spider ride is rotating with Axel holding on for dear life. The shadow of the camera is visible on the ride as it moves.
Continuity mistake: The new character that Uncle Dave reveals at the end, Axel Fox, can be seen earlier in the film at least one time.
Suggested correction: When is it seen? The park already has a fox character, Floyd Fox. This entry is too vague without a scene reference, time code, or screenshot.
