Revealing: At the beginning of the film where Robert De Niro gets into his car and it explodes, you can clearly see the cut where they have replaced him with a dummy.

Casino (1995) - 34 mistakes
Directed by Martin Scorsese, starring Don Rickles, Joe Pesci, Kevin Pollak, Robert De Niro, Sharon Stone (add more)
Continuity: When Joe Pesci is beaten and then buried - look at the blood on his chest. In one shot it is all over - the next it is just a smaller patch.
Continuity: When Remo Gaggi is talking to Andy Stone about Ace cussing out the Board, there's a pack of cigarettes beside Gaggi in his car. The camera angle changes to show Stone's face, who is outside the car, and when it flips back to Gaggi, there is a Zippo lighter in place of the cigarettes. The camera goes back to Stone, and when it comes back again, the Zippo is gone and the cigarettes are back. And to top it all off, not once did Remo smoke in this scene.
Revealing: In the scene where Joe Pesci is beaten in the corn fields, if you look closely at the bats you will see them bend ridiculously on impact with his body. Foam bats anyone?
Continuity: Sharon Stone repeatedly smashes her car into De Niro's in the driveway, yet if you look closely in the shots as she gets out of the car, there is no damage to the front of her car, not even a broken headlight or glass on the driveway.
Revealing: When Sharon Stone gets thrown out of Joe Pesci's club, you can clearly see the pads on Stone's hand's to break the impact of the fall.
Audio problem: After Pesci and De Niro's meeting in the desert, Pesci gets into his car and you distinctly hear the sound of tyres peeling out. Am I wrong or is this impossible on sand?
Visible crew/equipment: When Robert De Niro goes to meet Joe Pesci in the desert, the whole crew is reflected on the side of the car.
Continuity: When Joe Pesci is stabbing the guy with a pen that insulted Ace, the pen is shown without blood after there was significant blood on it the cut before, then it goes back to having blood on it.
Continuity: When Arnie Viscano is complaining to his brother in law about Las Vegas, he backs into about 10 bottles. They all fall except for two, and then the scene cuts to to his brother in law and when the scene cuts back to Viscano, all the bottles are back up.
Continuity: When Robert De Niro is at the restaurant with Sharon Stone and catches her with James Woods, the menu under his hands goes from being horizontal to vertical.
Continuity: In the scene where Sharon Stone is talking to Joe Pesci about how De Niro had his guys beat up James Woods, there are 4 security monitors on the desk behind Sharon Stone. First, the top left monitor goes out. Next only the bottom right monitor is on. Then all four monitors are off. Finally, all four monitors are on again.
Revealing: In the scene where Pesci's character is being buried alive, the body is quite obviously a fake: look at the mechanical way the head moves, and the movement of the chest intended to simulate breathing, not very convincingly.
Continuity: When Joe Pesci and his brother are beaten and then buried, you see one bat and then suddenly, appearing from nowhere, three bats. Sometimes they are blood covered, then clean, then blood covered again.
Continuity: When Ace fires Don Ward, the shot is on Ace and you can see Don turn away. When the shot changes to Don, you see him turn away again.
Continuity: When De Niro catches Stone and Woods in the restaurant, De Niro takes out some money from his coat pocket and lays it on the table. In one shot the money is straight, in another it is diagonal and in the final shot before De Niro picks it up it is straight again.
Audio problem: In the scene where Sharon Stone is talking to Joe Pesci about how De Niro had his guys beat up James Woods, at one point Sharon Stone says, "Oh C'mon." If you look closely her mouth doesn't move at all. Also if you listen closely, that line comes out on surround sound. When she continues her line it comes out on mono. It was obviously recorded.
Factual error: In the jewelry robbery montage, Joe Pesci is shown holding a rechargeable Mag-Lite flashlight which would not have been available at that time.
Revealing: When Nance comes stumbling out of the Costa Rican house holding his stomach, you can tell he is holding a mouth full of blood that he spits out when he gets shot in the head.
Continuity: After meeting with Ginger about Lester being beaten up, Nicky is about to leave. Before he does, Ginger hugs him and puts her arms around his neck. In the next shot her right arm has suddenly moved and her elbow is now bent.
Continuity: The man who is receiving a giant check for the Tangiers raises his right hand towards his waist, but in the immediate next angle, the hand is down and he is raising it again.
Continuity: When De Niro is by the pool, the way he holds his cigarette changes from vertical to horizontal depending on the angle.
Continuity: Jennifer has the diamonds inside her hair bun and she's shaking it to retrieve the diamonds onto the table. As Santoro slaps her face as a gesture to thank her and for her not to get smart with him, her hair bun comes loose and falls out into a pony tail. The next shot then shows Jennifer with the hair bun perfectly groomed again on top of her head.
Audio problem: When Nicky and Frank rough up one of their debtors, Frank tells him to smarten up, but his mouth doesn't move.
Continuity: When Pesci flings a playing card at the dealer, the card gets stuck in his shirt button but when the shot changes, the card has disappeared nor has it dropped back on to the gambling table.
Continuity: In the scene where Joe Pesci tells Robert De Niro that he's moving to Vegas, both of their windows are cracked. De Niro's stays opened the same length until just before the scene ends, when it is opened nearly twice as much as before.
Continuity: When Ace is having a meeting with Green about him firing the cowboy, Ace stubs out his cigarette. In the next shot from behind Ace is still smoking, but when in the front he has no cigarette.
Visible crew/equipment: In the scene where DeNiro is throwing Sharon Stone's character out of the house after overhearing her on the telephone, he drags her into the bedroom. Just before the scene cuts away, the camera appears in the mirror on the wall behind them.
Factual error: When Joe Pesci is driving to meet De Niro, he has to change cars. The scene right before going to the garage, they show Pesci's car driving around a corner and at the bottom right of the screen, you see a lamp post with a bus sign on it that reads CAT. CAT (Citizen's Area Transit) wasn't established in Las Vegas until late 80's early 90's. Before that it was the Las Vegas Transit. This scene was supposed to be late 70's, early 80's...
Other: When news on Robert De Niro not having a casino license first hits the airwaves, the news broadcast displays a still picture of Joe Pesci having a conversation with his friend Frank (I believe his name is). The picture that they use is when Pesci and Frank have tooth picks in their mouths because they don't want FBI agents lip reading what they are saying. But that didn't happen until later on in the movie. So how could they have displayed a picture of a conversation that hadn't taken place yet?
Continuity: When Ginger is arguing with the gambler at the craps table about "giving her a bigger cut", the man reaches for her purse to show her the chips she's been stealing from him. As she pulls the purse back, the gold chain strap breaks. The next shot of Ginger shows a repaired chain.
Audio problem: Ace yells "come with me now" over and over while dragging Ginger out of the house after overhearing her trying to have him whacked. DeNiro's lips are not moving while he's yelling.
Continuity: When DeNiro catches the cheats at the card table, he takes the one with the beard to smash his hand with a hammer. In the first scene the guard is holding the cheat down by the wrist, and in the next scene the guards hand is up by the elbow.
Continuity: When De Niro is proposing to Sharon Stone, the position of his head is not continuous between the front and back shots.
