Continuity: When Daphne jumps off the stairs to help the park owner her boots clearly change to trainers in mid flight and then back to boots when she lands.

Scooby-Doo (2002) - 56 mistakes
Directed by Raja Gosnell, starring Freddie Prinze Jr., Isla Fisher, Linda Cardellini, Matthew Lillard, Rowan Atkinson, Sarah Michelle Gellar (add more)
Continuity: In the beginning of the movie during the skateboard scene with Shaggy and Scooby riding along the conveyor belt, Scooby grabs a hook and both Shaggy and Scooby jump off of the skateboard. You see the skateboard falling off the conveyor belt, but in the next scene it is on the conveyor belt and being crushed.
Deliberate "mistake": In the first scene Velma got sprayed by the hose and slips but gets her foot caught on the chain; hanging upside down, but her skirt doesn't go "up". Deliberate to maintain the "family movie" tone.
Continuity: At the end when Mary Jane grabs Scooby and Shaggy by the neck and holds them off their feet, she grabs Shaggy with her left hand, in the next shot it is her right hand holding Shaggy's neck (you can see her turqouise bracelet) then back to her left hand.
Revealing: When the monster that got into Daphne is being destroyed by sunlight, everything else in the room seems to have frozen for a second. Carefully look at Daphne.
Revealing: During the film, set lights and reflectors can been seen reflected in Daphne's sunglasses and Velma's glasses numerous times, especially in closeups.
Revealing: When Scooby, Shaggy, Mary Jane, and Daphne go crashing through the window while running from the two monsters, the falling glass and broken window frame pass right through the CGI Scooby.
Revealing: When the gang and Mary Jane are being chased down the corridor and jump out of the window, you can see that it isn't Daphne that hits the awning. It's a man in a dress.
Continuity: When the monster comes out of Daphne's body, Velma runs to the window and her right hand is about to open the blind (she holds the string). When the shot cuts to Daphne, we can see the lower part of Velma's body in the background with both of her hands down (doing nothing). When the shot cuts to Velma again, her right hand is up and about to pull the string.
Continuity: When Scooby-Doo falls down the hole to the cavern below Shaggy follows him a few seconds later. When Shaggy hits the sand below he has to roll when he hits the ground. In doing so, his back and knees are covered in what appear to be thick sand deposits. When he stands up in the next shot and turns around he has no sand on his knees or on his back. He has not made an effort to brush his pants or shirt off.
Continuity: When Shaggy and Scooby are being chase by monster Fred and the Sugar Ray band, they enter the shed and Fred crashes his hand through the window and there is a large shard of glass under is arm, the shot changes and the shard is gone. Back to original shot and the shard is back.
Continuity: When Scooby-Doo and Shaggy are being attacked by the food, there is a strand of "sausages" that has broken from around Scooby's waist. After the wall falls in the next scene it is back around his waist.
Continuity: At the airport before their flight to Spooky Island, Daphne wears a pink minidress and pink boots. This changes to black trousers. In the next scene in the plane, she wears her boots again.
Continuity: When Daphne jumps out of the pyramid as it is closing, the distance she has jumped changes between shots, and technically she should have been trapped halfway.
Audio problem: When Daphne, Mary-Jane, Scooby and Shaggy awake on the beach, they walk off into crowds of people playing and partying. Shaggy then says "Does anyone else think this is strange?" Shaggy's mouth doesn't move at all to this line though.
Continuity: When the voodoo man is about to sacrifice his chicken and then Daphne walks in, the voodoo man is clearly barefoot. Then during the conversation between Daphne and him, when we see him fully again, he has sandals on. Then when Daphne leaves his hut he is barefoot once again.
Continuity: In the first scene when Velma is explaining how the Luna Ghost is able to fly, she hits the button that inflates the balloons with her right hand. When the shot changes, she is shown hitting it with her left hand.
Continuity: In the final scene between Shaggy and Scooby, when they are gorging themselves and eating hot peppers, when the camera switches to the shot of only Scooby, the girl at the table behind him keeps appearing and disappearing.
Continuity: When Velma inflates Old Man Smithers' suit, as the suit inflates, his arms raise. His left arm is raising in front of Velma, yet when it cuts his arm is now behind Velma.
Continuity: When Shaggy and Scooby are doing the farting competition, Daphne comes and runs a good distance in front of the white/green wall on her left. After cutting to Scooby, we see Daphne walking out from the dark and passes the wall that she is supposed to have already passed.
Revealing: When Shaggy, Scooby and Mary Jane have escaped the monsters using the quad bikes, they land in a small pit and Scooby starts barking at Mary Jane. When Shaggy says, "Scooby-Doo like what are you doin' man", Shaggy is talking to the floor - he's not looking anywhere near the CGI Scooby.
Revealing: When the monsters appear in the lobby and Shaggy yells, " Scooby Doo, where are you?", before Shaggy yells that, you can see Shaggy look at his mark of where to stop running.
Audio problem: In the subtitles, watch when the monsters appear in the lobby, Scooby goes mental and yells out "AAH" or something. It says Shaggy says this, not Scooby.
Continuity: When the gang are at the edge of the woods staring at the voodoo man, and Daphne says she can handle him and walks towards him. When she takes a step forward you can see a light purple bra under a dark purple dress. A few minutes later the dress is pulled back up and the bra is no longer visible.
Continuity: When the monsters all come out in the hotel at Spooky Island, Scooby hides under the table with Fred standing in front of him. The camera angle changes from a close up of the table to a long shot looking at the whole scene. When looking at the long shot, Scooby-Doo is not under the table but when the camera cuts back Scooby-Doo is still there as if he hadn't moved.
Revealing: In the shot when Scooby and Shaggy are just about to get pulled back by the plastic food and the sausages on the left side are swinging around if you play in slow motion you can see the wire.
Continuity: When Shaggy and Scooby are in the Mystery Machine, cooking and eating food, someone knocks on the door of the van and Shaggy tells Scooby to "Grab the food." Scooby grabs loads of food, and we see two cans of Sprite which are stacked on top of each other, fall to the floor. These then appear back on the shelf on top of each other in the next wideshot, and fall once again!
Continuity: After the gang all get their protoplasm back, we see Fred holding Daphne's purple bag and he holds it up chest high and looks at it strangely. Then when it cuts Fred is standing normally with his hands by his side.
Continuity: In the very beginning of the scene where Daphne motions Scooby and Shaggy over and ends up giving them Scooby snacks, there is a low shot from behind Daphne as she walks into frame. She doesn't have her purse. But the next shot is from the front of her, and motions for Shaggy and Scooby with her purse.
Revealing: When the gang is chased out through the window, Scooby pushes them on a cart. During the shot, on the floor, you can see the tracks that the cart is travelling on.
Continuity: At the beginning, as the gang splits up, Velma says, "I'm outta here." In the shot facing Daphne, Fred is walking to his red car in the background and gets close enough so he is turning left towards the driver's side door. Then when Shaggy says, "No, don't go.", in the overhead shot Fred is much farther away from his car.
Continuity: When we see the very first close shot of Emile Mondavarious' desk, the black lampshade on the desk is very close to the books that stand on his desk. Yet when we see the desk in the background, when Emile is talking to Scooby, the lamp has moved much farther away, and in the space that it has moved away, a figurine has appeared too.
Continuity: When Velma and Fred are walking through the airport talking, you can see there is a girl with yellow pants walking in the opposite direction with another person. However, when you see the crowd around Daphne as she is complaining about how the system is so economy, you see that part of the crowd is the same girl with the yellow pants.
Other: Near the end, where the reporters are all gathering around the gang as they exit the park, the reporter on the viewer's right is asking a question, while the reporter besider her, in the green, is mouthing the words at the same time.
Continuity: At the start of the movie the mystery machine drives through the wall once they have caught the ghost and the front is all dented up. A few scenes later it's perfect again.
Other: When the gang is in the mystery machine and scrappy pees on Daphne and they kick Scrappy out of the car, from a distance the driver isn't Fred - it is someone with dark hair, not blonde.
Continuity: When Velma is sitting at a bar, about to investigate the artifact Daphne found, as it opens Velma brings her maginfying glass well away from the artifact twice between shots.
Revealing: In the little clip at the end, Scooby Doo opens a jar of peppers and dumps them in his mouth. You can see that there should be more in the jar than the seven or so that fall into his mouth, but suddenly the jar is empty.
Continuity: When Fred and Velma unexpectedly meet at the airport watch out for a long haired blonde guy carrying a surfboard who passes Fred twice. He also appears again a few seconds later behind Velma when she comments about how she's been working for NASA (he's wearing the same clothes but without the sunglasses or surfboard and is now reading a magazine). Then we see a frontal shot of Fred and Velma and he's now vanished.
Continuity: During the "Spookapalooza," among the people behind Velma, one is holding a toy trident and the other is holding something else. A few shots later, what they were holding is now in the other person's hands.
Continuity: When Daphne is fighting on the roof with the wrestler, you can see the lever in the background which Daphne is supposed to pull. Above the lever is a sign which says "CAUTION - Clear vents before opening." Throughout the fighting scene the branches/vines that are beside the sign constantly go from hanging over the sign, to beside the sign.
Visible crew/equipment: When Shaggy and Scooby are riding the quad bikes, they stop to pick up Mary-Jane. They then ride off, and one man jumps athletically into the air, to try and catch them, revealing knee-pads under his shorts to protect him when he falls to the floor.
Revealing: After the little Scooby-gang has crashed through a window after being chased by monsters they bounce upon an awning and you can see that the glass from the window is now paper.
Other: When Scrappy pees on Daphne, you see Fred start yelling at Scrappy, but if you look at Fred's eyes, they are focusing on something else.
Continuity: When Daphne is fighting the demons in the hotel she has a square handbag. After all the drama ends and they awake the next morning on the beach Daphne has a handbag with round handles and a detailed front.
Revealing: As Pamela Anderson comes crashing through the gates at the factory, the floor camera is knocked slightly.
Revealing: When Fred smashes his arm through the round window of the garage and grabs Shaggy, if you look you can see some kind of clear tape on his arm to protect him from the glass. This is quite noticeable in closeups.
Continuity: When they all are driving in the Mystery Machine, Scrappy pees on Daphne, and gets kicked out of the car. When you see him get kicked out, his bag is on the ground. But if you look carefully, you can see that the bag is on the ground before they even open the door to throw Scrappy out.
Continuity: When Shaggy and Scooby, stuck in the barrel, jump on the skateboard, they re-skate the same path. You can tell this because they pass the skateboards, boxes and the plastic yellow item that's under the conveyer belt twice.
Revealing: When Daphne and the wrestler are fighting on the roof, Daphne slams the door into the wrestler and the wrestler's head smashes through the door window. The wrestler then grabs Daphne's arm, and smashes his arm sideways into the doorframe. If you look closely, you may have to watch a few times, you can clearly see the pre-cut line that makes the doorframe easier for him to smash.
Continuity: Throughout the whole movie, Velma's jumper continually changes from a polo neck to a regular sweatshirt.
Continuity: The density of the monsters change during the movie. The first monster we see is so much lighter than Scooby that it gets catapulted hundreds of yards when Scooby falls from the bent tree. Later, the monsters are so heavy they crash through an awning that Scooby (and Shaggy, Daphne, and Mary Jane) had just bounced off of.
Continuity: Within the first few scenes, which are apparently on the exact same day, and even in the exact same hour, Daphene's dress changes styles. For example, when she steps off the plane, she is wearing a purple minidress, with a low collar. But, a couple of minutes later, her dress suddenly has a noticeable hem, and a weird decoration thing at the bottom of her slightly lower low collar.
Revealing: When Scooby, Daphne, Mary-Jane and Shaggy are being chased by monsters and crash through a window off of the luggae cart, the window is already broken before they make impact on it.
Continuity: When Scooby-Doo is facing one of the monsters he bites the fingernails off its left hand, a moment later it lashes at him and the finger nails have grown back in perfect condition again.
Continuity: After the scene where the gang has each other's voices, they are seen walking to the Voodoo man's house because they hear an explosion. Fred is holding Daphne's purple purse in the forest, then he isn't carrying it at the Voodoo man's house. Then in the next scene, Daphne has it back again.
