Continuity: When Dr. Morrissey comes to George and Judy's house on Sunday night after the fishing trip to bring them some fish, he sits down on the couch and removes his glasses. Then, in the next shot, his glasses are back on again. He wouldn't have had time to put his glasses back on.

Continuity: When Doris Day is talking on the phone on the patio, Rock Hudson is hiding behind the shrubbery watching her. She turns her head around and looks his way and he ducks but she already would have seen him.
Continuity: The scene is when Doris is picking up Rock from the train station. When the shot is behind Doris's car, there is a girl in a blue dress and sweater walking in front of the car. The shot changes to in front of Doris's car, and the same girl is just shutting her car door and walking around the Doris'car.
Continuity: When Doris goes out to get the paper and meet the milkman, in the close up shot her shadow is on the left, and the long shot her shadow is on the right.
Continuity: As Rock leaves breakfast and goes up the stairs, the food on the table changes. Doris has the paper in her hands, yet the coffee cup has less coffee, the cereal bowl is 1/2 as full, and the piece of toast has disappeared from the toaster.
Continuity: In the beginning when Doris and Rock are having breakfast (just toast, no butter), Doris' hair is unkempt. As Rock goes up the stairs and turns back to her, her hair is shorter, and combed.
Continuity: During breakfast, Doris' coffee cup fills itself. First it shows the coffee about 1/4 inch from the rim when she's laughing at Rock. Quick cut to Rock, and then when it comes back to Doris, the coffee is to the rim (no time to refill), and as she takes a drink it she has to be very careful not to spill as it is so full.
Continuity: When Doris' robe is stuck in the door and she steps in the eggs, in the long shot the cottage cheese is to the right of the milk bottle. In the close up shot, it is on the left of the milk bottle.
