Continuity: During the detention scene, the teacher comes in and you can see there isn't anything on his rear end. As he leaves, you can see toilet paper hanging from his rear. This was because a scene never made it into the movie where the teacher's office is in the mens restroom. Also confirmed on cast commentary.

Continuity: In the beginning scene where Janey pulls out her vibrator, the red slider button is all the way to the top. Then seconds later she is seen turning the vibrator on by sliding the switch upwards, where it already was.

Visible crew/equipment: In the scene where the three boys are watching the girl go to the bathroom, the roof collapses and the girl, the boys, and a teacher are sprayed from the toilet. You can see the outline of goggles, especially on the girl's face.

Continuity: When Janey is laying on the couch talking to her dad, in the closeup shots her hair is perfectly neat in the ponytail. From distance shots, some of the hair on top of her head is out of place. Then at the end, the father ruffles her hair and it matches the misplaced hair seen earlier in the scene.

Continuity: During the football game against the North Compton Wildcats, Reggie Ray gets all woozy. If you look at the scoreboard in this shot it says there is 1:15 left in the 4th quarter. After the trainer talks to the coach the board says 1:20 left in the 3rd quarter.

Revealing: In the end at the airport, when Ricky walks up to the line to give his part of the story, you can clearly see a light reflecting off the black cap on Ricky's tooth, to make it look like he has lost one.

Continuity: Towards the end of the football game when Jake throws the ball on the scoreboard there are 32 seconds left and where it says "Reggie Ray's Concussions TO GO" it says either 10 or 0 where as before it said 1. But when Reggie gets hit with the football the scoreboard goes from 1 to 0 and the timer as at 0:00. It is unlikely that that whole play took a full 32 seconds.

Continuity: When Janey is lying on the couch talking with her father, you see him getting up. He's got the Ace of Spades attached to his helmet. At first the card is straight, then it is flipped on the side, and then again it is back to being straight.

Revealing: In the scene when Janey falls through the steps, you can see that the double pulls herself into a small room at the bottom of the hole to keep her from getting hit by the falling items which are the second part of the falling joke.

Factual error: Jake hangs a Princeton banner in his home. The colors of the banner are brown and yellow. But the colors of Princeton are orange (primarily) and blue.

Continuity: When all the people are standing around Janey in bed and her dog pulls her carpet away you can see a person standing by the end of the bed with a yellow balloon. When it cuts the balloon is gone.

Continuity: In the beginning right before the tour guide says, "Let's move it people," you can see a guy in a white outfit and a guy in a blue shirt and a hat just over the tour guide's left shoulder. The scene cuts when he turns and the two have disappeared.

Other: In one scene, Janey's brother Cody is being picked on by a group of guys, and Janey is trying to get rid of them. When Jake breaks up the group, Cody throws a punch and accidentally hits Jake. If you watch closely in the next shot, Cody makes the mistake of looking directly into the camera for about a half-second. This is also pointed out by the director on the DVD commentaries.

Continuity: When Mitch takes up the letter he is going give Amanda, his buddy is holding onto the car seat. When it cuts, he isn't holding the seat, he is just resting his arm on it.

Continuity: When Janey is messing with the paint you can see paint on her glasses that immediately disappears.

Continuity: When Mt. T is telling Jake he likes to whip boys in the shower Jake puts his hand up and says "Whoa". It cuts and Jake no longer has his hand up.

Continuity: As Jake attempts to convince Janie not to board the flight to Paris, the top button hole on his shirt alternates from being empty to having a stud.

Continuity: Just prior to Janey and her dad having their Father-Daughter talk on the couch, we see from over her shoulder that her robe is closed. The next shot of her though (looking down) her robe above the waist is open. In both shots she is either sleeping or dozing so would not have opened it herself.

Continuity: When the rugby players crash into the table we get a replay of the incident from a different angle. However all the players are falling in a different way.

Audio problem: After Reggie Ray is in the coma, they tape him to two players and one of them (the one on Reggie's right) makes an obscene comment, which is spoken with amazing clarity though he has a mouthpiece in. His lips are obviously not in sync with what he says.
