Continuity: When Norman Osborn finds out he is the green goblin from his mirror reflection, watch closely at his hair in the reflection and the real him, his hair in his reflection has a thick strand of hair hanging over his fringe, and the actual him, has his hair without any parts hanging over his fringe. It changes about three quarters of the way through the scene.

Deliberate "mistake": There's a purple tent below and to the right of where MJ is trapped on the breaking ledge. When the Goblin is kicked off of his glider by Spider-Man, he falls to MJ's left but lands in the tent on the right.
Other: When Spider-Man tries to punch the Green Goblin before he says "impressive", the Goblin blocks his punch. However, the punch would not have hit the Goblin even if he hadn't blocked it. There's nothing to suggest the Goblin moved at all, so why would Spidey punch through mid-air when he's trying to hit the Goblin?
Revealing: When Peter is doing his web tests in his bedrooms for the first time, when he pulls the lamp at him, you can see a string like object around his wrist, obviously to pull the lamp.
Continuity: Towards the end, during the climatic fight between Spider-Man and Green Goblin, there is a part where Goblin is against a wall (this is just before he spears himself with his own hoverboard) and the floor at his feet is fairly intact, but when Peter jumps down the floor is a lot less intact (this is shown from a sideview displaying both Goblin and Spider-Man).
Audio problem: When Goblin is on the bridge with Mary Jane and the cable car, Spider-Man screams, "Don't do it Goblin!" but there is clearly no mouth movement whatsoever under the mask.
Continuity: When Norman Osbourne is in the tank, there is a close up on him at one point, and he has an expression of despair and fear on his face. But in the next shot, a wide one showing the green gas filling the chamber, Norman has a completely different look on his face.
Audio problem: Immediately when Peter and Harry walk into the room with the genetically engineered spiders, Peter says something like "Wow, that's amazing." His mouth does not move.
Continuity: The scene in the hospital is supposed to take place in winter, since it's after Thanksgiving, but the trees visible outside the window are in bloom.
Revealing: At the end of the movie, when Peter is placing Dr. Osborne on the couch after he died, as Peter is lowering him, Dr. Osborne's hand changes from being stiff to the hand moving to help being put down. While it's possible it was a natural reflex, I don't think that they are able to help lower themselves with their own hand. Dr. Osborne had been dead for a awhile anyway.
Continuity: In the Thanksgiving scene where they are waiting for Peter to arrive, Peter swings onto the side of the building and drops down onto the balcony of his bedroom. To soften the drop onto the balcony, he bends his knees. When he unbends them and takes off his mask (the next shot) he is in the center of his bedroom, not on the balcony where he landed in the shot previous.
Visible crew/equipment: When Norman awakes and throws his assistant into the equipment, you can see it is the assistant's stuntman, as when he is thrown, he has black hair, and the real assistant has brownish-grayish hair.
Continuity: At the end of the film, when they are at Norman Osborn's funeral, just before and after they kiss, Peter's hair keeps changing.
Continuity: When fighting the Carjacker, Peter dropkicks him using a pipe. When Peter does this, the Carjacker has his cap on as he moves out of frame. When moving into the next shot, the Carjacker no longer has his hat, which now disappeared into thin air, never to be seen again.
Factual error: In the scene where Peter is clinging to the ceiling of his room with Normand Osborne looking for him, a drop of Peter's blood falls to the floor. It should simply splatter outward, but we see it "splash" upwards as if it was a bucket of blood hitting water.
Continuity: When Spider-Man finishes beating up the thugs and after Mary Jane kisses Spider-Man, when you watch the one shot from the side, Mary Jane only starts to put his mask back on. But when the angle changes, Spider-Man's mask is properly on when Mary Jane didn't even move her hands.
Visible crew/equipment: At Thanksgiving dinner, when Aunt May looks outside when she sees something, the reflection on her glasses shows what appears to be a green screen.
Continuity: When Jameson is talking to his coworker in his office, the other man holds out a paper. From one angle it's in his left hand, and from another angle it's in his right.
Audio problem: When Osbourne is getting ready to be tested he says something like "...when the vapor hits the blood stream." If you look, you can see his mouth isn't moving when he's saying this.
Other: When Spider-Man enters the burning building, the Green Goblin jumps out from under a cloak, punches him in the face and Spider-Man is thrown backwards. However, for Spider-Man to be propelled back the way that he was the Green Goblin would have had to punch him in the torso. Spider-Man's head should have snapped back first when the Green Goblin hit him.
