Continuity: When we see Norman Osborn testing out the formula with the other doctor, Norman comes back to life and grabs the other doctor, in the first shot from the front when he grabs him, his fingers and knuckles are straight against the doctors neck, yet from the back we see now its more of a fist.

Audio problem: In the scene where Goblin is on the bridge with Mary Jane and the cable car, Spider-Man screams, "Don't do it Goblin!" but his mouth doesn't move at all.

Continuity: During the scene where the apartment building is on fire - a woman points directly up and exclaims, "Look up there!" while Spider-Man is still swinging towards the fire from several blocks away.

Continuity: In the Thanksgiving dinner scene, watch Mary Jane's arms after Norman asks Peter to repeat how he got hurt. When she is shown close up, her arms are folded. In the long shot, her hands are in her lap. They jump back and forth between the two positions.

Continuity: When Peter runs out of school just after he beat up Flash, he runs into an alley and looks at his hand which is at waist level, then it cuts to a different view, his hand is now at neck level and one of his fingers is pointing up, then the shot after his hand is back to waist level and all fingers are straight and pointing down.

Factual error: In the scene where Peter is clinging to the ceiling of his room with Normand Osborne looking for him, a drop of Peter's blood falls to the floor. It should simply splatter outward, but we see it "splash" upwards as if it was a bucket of blood hitting water.

Continuity: When MJ and Peter are discussing the beating that Peter gave Flash that morning in school, MJ says, "He's just glad you didn't give him a black eye for graduation." This scene takes place the day after Peter was bitten by the spider, when the weather is cold. High school graduations generally take place in June or late May - so any black eye Peter might have given Flash would long be healed up by graduation.

Audio problem: When Osbourne is getting ready to be tested he says something like "...when the vapor hits the blood stream." If you look, you can see his mouth isn't moving when he's saying this.

Continuity: When Peter is talking to Mary Jane in front of the diner, a light maroon colored caddy passes by twice. The first time when she says she just got off a job, the second when the boss shouts at her. Sure, there could be two cars the same color in NY, but with the same driver...?

Continuity: When Jameson is talking to his coworker in his office, the other man holds out a paper. From one angle it's in his left hand, and from another angle it's in his right.

Visible crew/equipment: At Thanksgiving dinner, when Aunt May looks outside when she sees something, the reflection on her glasses shows what appears to be a green screen.

Continuity: In the final battle scene, Goblin's costume alternates between clean (green) and dirty (white/dusty) throughout the scene.

Audio problem: At Norman Osbourne's funeral, we see Harry from the side saying to Peter that he is like family, but his face doesn't move when he talks.

Continuity: Right after Peter has beats up Flash, only Mary-Jane stands to the right of Peter. If you look behind her there are two extras, to the right of her whenever there is a far shot, and to the left of her on the close up of her.

Continuity: In the scene where Osbourne tries the performance enhancers on himself, he takes off his labcoat and throws it into a corner. We see a long shot of the lab, and the coat is in at the base of the pillar. In a subsequent long shot however, the coat has moved a foot or so.

Continuity: During the scene in which Peter is introduced to Norman Osborn in front of the museum, keep an eye on the Volvo parked behind the Rolls Royce. When the camera first faces Mr. Osborn (Willem Dafoe), the Volvo in the background has the window rolled halfway down. Camera switches to Peter and Harry, then back to Mr. Osborn. This time the window is all the way up. When the camera comes back to Mr. Osborn again, there is someone leaning in the window talking to the driver. The next time the camera comes back to Mr. Osborn, the window is again halfway down.

Continuity: In the scene where Parker is chasing the robber into the abandoned warehouse you see the a shot of the robber holding the gun in his left hand and carring the money bag in his right hand. However the next shot you see him load a clip into the gun with the bag in his left hand and the gun in his right hand.

Continuity: When Peter runs downstairs the morning after his bite, Uncle Ben is startled from drinking his coffee. From the front angle, Uncle Ben is holding the cup with two hands. When he turns to look at Peter and the angle changes, he's holding the mug with only one hand.

Continuity: In the scene where Spidey is stopping the armored car robbery, he dispatches several thugs with some fancy, acrobatic fighting. When he lands, a money bag is visible in front of him that wasn't there in the wide shot.

Continuity: When Osborn is getting ready to radiate himself at his laboratory, he drinks the small bottle of anti-coagulant before stepping into the chamber. He then smashes the bottle on the ground to his left. But in later shots you see no evidence of the fragments of the glass bottle.
