Continuity: In the cafeteria Peter web-slings a tray, with hardly any corn on the plate. Then Peter flips it onto Flash and suddenly there's a whole lot of corn on his back.

Uncle Ben: Peter, look. You're changing. I know. I went through exactly the same thing at your age.
Peter Parker: No. Not exactly.
Trivia
Director Sam Raimi wanted a laugh while Peter Parker was jumping across the buildings. He jumped across each buildings exactly like Trinity did in the beginning of The Matrix (1999). See more...

Visible crew/equipment: When Mary Jane is on the balcony at the Oscorp Festival and the Green Goblin causes part of it to start falling apart, the wires and chords causing the balcony to fall down and pull back up can be seen.
Continuity: When MJ kisses Peter in the cemetery, his head is leaning towards his left, and in the next shot, his head is leaning towards his right.
Audio problem: When Mary Jane is about to fall from the balcony and the Green Goblin appears in front of her, we hear him say, "Hello, my dear," but his mouth is not in sync with those words.
Continuity: In the final fight scene between Green Goblin and Spider-Man, the damaged eyepiece over Spider-Man's left eye keeps changing its damage pattern between shots.
Continuity: In the scene in which Peter and Flash are fighting in the hall, Harry runs up to Mary Jane to see what is happening, seconds later Peter jumps up to avoid Flash's friend charging him from behind. In the shot of Peter flipping in the air, you can see that Harry is no longer standing next to Mary Jane, a girl in a blue sweater is. After Peter lands, the camera cuts back to Mary Jane and Harry is once again by her side.
Revealing: Flash attacks Peter in the school's hallway. We are supposed to witness Peter's incredible speed in one shot, as he dodges a punch in slow motion. Flash's bracelet, however, is motionless. The speed of the punch would throw it back and forth, as it does throughout the rest of the scene.
Revealing: When the Green Goblin attacks J. Jonah Jameson at the office, Spider-Man shows up. Goblin turns his glider to face his nemesis. If you look close, you can tell it is a rotating rig, and that the film was sped up. Goblin's body shifts abruptly while he turns, and the fire in the background is moving too quick to be at normal speed.
Factual error: Why would Columbia University have the "most powerful electron microscope on the eastern seaboard" in the same lab room as it would have the spider lab, which is a biology/genetics study? Electron microscopes are useless for studying DNA. The electron beam turns molecules into sludge. All but the toughest organic samples have to be coated with metal as protection, and you can't do this with DNA.
Audio problem: When the Green Goblin gases Spidey after crashing through Jameson's office window, you see him fall and hear him almost immediately hitting the ground even though the window is several stories up. I think it is the sound of him falling onto the stunt mat.
Continuity: The Green Goblin is impaled by the knives on his glider which are shown after they have punched through him and the brick wall, but there is no blood on them.
Revealing: When Peter is just getting to the science lab at the beginning right after his friend gets out of his fancy car, if you look at the extras walking behind the two, you will see a BRIGHT red haired girl walking by, going towards the building, but when the camera focuses on Peter the girl is there again, walking the opposite way on the other side of the huge sidewalk. You see her about 5 times going back and forth to the building. The first few times she's alone, then she's walking with another girl.
Continuity: When Simmons is talking about the headlines regarding Spider-Man, the pencils in the cup keep changing positions between shots.
Other: There is no way possible that MJ, would have been able to fall from the height that she fell from while being knocked from Spider-Man's, grasp onto the edge of that cable car during the bridge scene It's hard enough to believe that she would be able to withstand the force of being knocked around in circles while holding onto a web much less landing directly onto the edge of a cable car.
Revealing: During the final fight with the Goblin, Spider-Man is up against the wall and the Goblin goes to stab him with his "quad bladed knife". Spider-Man grabs 2 of the blades and while pushing back you can see all 4 ends of the blades vibrating up and down as if they were made out of rubber.
Continuity: In the final fight scene, between Spider-Man and Green Goblin, when Spider-Man goes down, suddenly Green Goblin has a kind of weapon on his hand, when in the rest of the fight scene he had nothing.
Continuity: When Peter has just seen MJ leave her house for school and is walking along the pavement by the cars following her, he stops when she does and practises talking to her. Look behind him. You can see the bus turning the corner and coming nearer to them. The shot stays on Peter when the bus rounds the corner, cuts to Mary Jane and then goes back to Peter. The bus would have been much nearer than it was in the second shot at the speed it's going.
Revealing: When Peter catches MJ's falling lunch, the apple lands on its side and doesn't move at all, despite it being round and the tray being moved about so abruptly. Blatantly glued down.
Continuity: Near the end of the film the Green Goblin programs his glider to fly at Spider-Man, Spidey jumps out of the way and the glider continues to fly at the Green Goblin. You see a shot of the Green Goblin throwing his hands up next to his head, then a close-up shot of his face where he says "oh" but there are no hands. Then in the next shot from further away his hands are back by his head.
Continuity: When Peter Parker goes up to his room, about to become Spider-Man, there's a sudden close-up of his face and his fringe looks different.
