When Nicholas Cage is in the hospital with Patricia Arquette's dad and dad tells him he has had enough, the nurse come in to shock him and she puts a spot of the gel in the middle of one and when she rubs it together she doesn't spread it out. She actually almost drops one. [The hospital is under staffed and overfilled. This is the hasty reaction of an overworked nurse, not neccessarily a mistake.]
