Continuity: During the car chase when Danny is in movie-world, Jack is firing the thugs and his hair moves a lot during the wide angle, but barely at all a frame later in the close-up.

Other: Before Jack's car jumps over the bridge, a van skids on the road. The first angle shows a thug firing at Jack, and the second angle shows Jack swerving to the left to dodge the bullets. The editing is all wrong here: The thug fires at the opposite lane to where Jack is, so he is really driving to where the bullets are.

Continuity: Before the thug lands on the ice cream truck, when Jack shoots him his moving car is right next to the truck, so he could not have flown for several meters towards the truck. In fact he would have driven way past the ice cream truck and crashed against the curb.
