During the birthday party scene, Brandon's clothes change back and forth - from a black, buttoned shirt to a black sweatshirt with Nebraska written on the front. [This isn't a mistake. Brandon gets the sweatshirt as a gift. He puts it on because they want to show the audience that all the gifts have been opened and that it's later in the evening.]

After John throws everyone out of the car, Lana is sitting up front beside him. After they have started to pull out, they stop and Lana calls to Kate to tell her to get in the car. When she's yelling at Kate she is sitting in the back, behind John. [Lana is not behind John, she is sitting next to him, but she leans over and calls out the driver's window.]
