If the dehydration machine really did what it was supposed to, the leaders would not be reduced to powder, their body would still be intact, but would have no trace of liquid in their body, which would simply kill them. [If the shark really did what it's supposed to, Batman would have no leg. The show is a comedy intended to be a farce, utterly ridiculous. It has no basis in reality.]

Batman and Robin enter the Batboat at the jetty, yet moments later, when they are on the ocean, there is no sign of land behind them whatsoever. [The shots are not continuous time.]

In the scene where Robin discovers no yacht in the picture, Batman says as you truly remarked, no one can make a sea going vessel disappear. Robin never stated that the yacht disappeared. A reporter asked Batman about the disappearing yacht at the news conference, after the shark attack, and Batman responds how can a yacht simply disappear? [It has been hours since they were at the hologram yacht. I'm sure it's possible that at one time off camera Robin made the comment "No one can make a sea going vessel disappear".]

How do none of the world leaders notice 4 supercriminals turning the others into dehydrated dust? Even when the one from the UK is left he is still arguing. [I think that's sort of the point. They squabble so much (like the UN) that they have no clue what is going on around them.]
