While Dirk and Reed are running from Rahad's house, and trying to get into Dirk's 'Vette, Rahad fires a shotgun at them. One shot hits the driver's window, which shatters, then a shot at the back of the car showers sparks. Corvettes are fiberglass-bodied, and wouldn't spark. After the sparks, there is no damage to the rear bumper cover, which if really hit with a shotgun blast would at least put some holes in the fiberglass. See more...

Burt Reynolds turned down the roll of Jack Horner several times, he finally agreed to do it reluctantly. He hated the film, and thought his acting was terrible and that the film would be a total bomb, so he publicly denounced it. He even fired his agent. However, when it came out it was hailed as Reynolds's comeback role, and he was nominated for an Academy Award. He then changed his opinion of the film drastically. See more...
