A creature that lived at that depth would explode when it entered the far lesser pressures of the undersea habitat. [Not true at all. The animal will die after a short period of time but animals (or people) do not exploded at rapid pressure changes as in the movies. I worked in the deep submergance projects while in the submarine service and have yet to see any creature explode when brought up from the depths.]
