Revealing: In the first 10 minutes of the film, the terrorists steal radioactive material from "Cyberdine" corporation. Sound familiar? - think Terminator 2. Half of the shots used in this sequence are the EXACT same ones as the ones used in T2. The windows blowing up, the cops taking cover behind their police cars under gunfire, the SWAT van being driven through the building, and finally the helicopter chasing the SWAT van. You even see a shot with the truck full of liquid nitrogen. Perhaps the film ran out of funding partway through shooting.
