Continuity: In the beginning, when Mike and Jody raise the hood on the car, Jody's hand holding on to the hood alternates between his right and left hand over three shots.

Revealing: You can see the stick making the finger move when its in the box.
Revealing: When the maintenance man grabs mike and won't release him, you can tell Mike has a mouth full of blood that is used when he bites the man's arm.

But the second flashback makes no sense, Jody never saw Tommy being killed and was told by Reggie that he committed suicide.
Continuity: When Mike hides in a casket, as he gets out, the lighter jumps from lying on the side of the casket, to in his right hand.
