Tommy Lee Jones uses an abandoned tourist ship as his base of operations. An A&E broadcast of symphony performance is prominently featured, which his character is watching at his lair. Just how many cruise ships have cable access? [Not many. But buying a satellite dish (on the black market, to avoid registration) and rigging it up in the ship is very easy.]

There is a shot of a helicopter going past a building at a point in the movie (maybe the middle), when it shows a second helicopter in the background. Obviously the one holding the camera and film crew. [While this is probably true, it should not be considered a mistake. After the bomb detonates, you can see that there ARE two police helicopters in the sky. So it is reasonable that you can see two helicopters in the building's reflection.]
