In the scene that begins with "Three Months Later" where Tony and Manny are sitting at the table near the beach watching the girls in bikinis walk by, Manny is attempting to explain to Tony how to pick up women by explaining what "women in this country know and understand". When Tony meets with his lawyer after being caught, the lawyer states that he can get Tony acquitted from the drugs charges, but he will get sent to jail for tax evasion. Al Capone - the real life "Scarface" - was convicted and sent to prison for this very same crime.
All of the music on the "Grand Theft Auto 3" Flash FM radio station is heard in various scenes in Scarface. The DJ's name also happens to be Tony.
When Michelle Pfeiffer was screen testing, she threw the broken plates at Al Pacino and cut his hand.
In the final scene when Tony's house is being raided, there is a moment where he attempts to grab a gun and then lets go immediately. What happened was that the gun was so hot, it actually burnt Al Pacino's (Tony) hand and he was unable to perform for about a week or two. That allowed director Brian DePalma to shoot the scenes of the shooters moving throughout the house.
