Quotes
Arthur: Bathing is a lonely business. Except for fish, fish all bathe together. Although they do tend to eat one another.
Continuity: In the scene where Linda is in the car with Bitterman, she says, "Oh, here comes Mrs. Nezbeth..." While she is saying that in that shot, she turns around and looks out the rear window of the car. In the next couple of shots, outside of the car, Mrs. Nezbeth is coming from the opposite direction Linda looked.
Continuity: Arthur and Hobson run outside to watch Linda after she steals a tie. Hobson is holding a bag with a box in it. Later in the scene, when Arthur is putting Linda in his limo, he hands her the box. Two problems. First, we never see the box being taken out of the bag. And second, the box presumably contains Arthur's purchases. Why would he give it to her? In the next scene, Linda's father opens the box, and it contains the stolen tie.
Continuity: When Aunt Martha shows Arthur her newly purchased painting she has to tear away the brown wrapping covering it. A moment later she hands a piece of the wrapping to a maid, but the scraps Martha hands her has been crumpled up and smoothed out many times over, not just torn away as we saw Martha do.
