Continuity: When we first see Deckard he is sitting down and reading a newspaper. After a little bit of time a seat becomes available at the restaurant across the way. The cook calls him over. Deckard then folds the newspaper once and places it over his head to shield himself from the rain. We see him run across the thoroughfare and off camera. It then cuts to him making his last couple steps to the waiting seat and the newspaper is now folded twice.

Trivia
In the scene where Ford and the other policeman take off in a police car, there is a shot of the inside of the car showing a computer screen with a flashing word "purge" on it. The screen was originally used in "Alien" when Ripley set off the shuttle to escape from Nostromo. See more...
Blade Runner (1982) - 25 mistakes
These mistakes are currently being ordered by time. Entries without times will appear at the end.
Directed by Ridley Scott, starring Harrison Ford, Rutger Hauer, Sean Young (add more)
Continuity: When we first see Bryant in a slow pan down, he is reading a page of paper. We then have a shot of Deckard walking through the door, then we see Bryant "suddenly" with his hands crossed and his demeanor suddenly changes to an interview pose.
Visible crew/equipment: Near the beginning of the film when Deckard and the other cop take off in the car to go to the police station, you can see the cables lifting the car up into the air.
Other: When Deckard visits the Tyrell Corporation, he prepares to test Rachel with the "VK" machine. He is shown putting his briefcase of the table and lifting the "VK" machine out and onto the table. If you look closely, the "VK" machine is already on the table and Harrison Ford is miming the lifting - there is nothing in his hands!
Continuity: As Deckard is giving Rachel the V.K. test, it shows that her eyes are a shade of green. Her eyes are actually dark brown.
Other: When Deckard is talking to the street merchant trying to identify the snake scale, the identification number he reads aloud is not the number that shows on the monitor.
Audio problem: Deckard (Harrison Ford) investigates the maker of artificial reptiles; an Abdul somebody. It's obvious that the dialogue was added as neither actor is in sync with the sound. The end of the scene has the storekeepers voice telling Deckard the information he was seeking while Deckard's mouth is the one moving. Deckard's mouth continues to move even after Abdul's lines are finished and the scene cuts.
Revealing: As Zhora is crashing through the last window, after being shot by Deckard, there are dark pads visible around her lower arms. In few shots before, these are visible whilst crashing, but not whilst she is running or falling.(US theatricalcal version).
Continuity: When Decker shoots the snake-woman replicant, she hits the glass and in one shot you can clearly see that is not the actress that hits the glass, but a stuntperson dressed like her. This has been corrected in the 2007 Final Cut of the film, but exists in all previous versions.
Continuity: When Deckard shoots the snake-woman in the back and she falls through several layers of glass she lands on her stomach, with her head lying on the left side. In the next scene Deckard is standing beside her, but now she has turned her head, lying on the other cheek.
Revealing: After the snake lady is dead, eyes open, Deckard rolls her head from camera right to camera left. Her eyes move.
Revealing: When Leon and Deckard are fighting in the street, Leon swings at Deckard and puts a hole through a steel vessel where steam blasts out. It's clear that the spot where Leon hits has been cut out and is visible before he hits it.
Audio problem: In one of the scenes at A.J's house, A.J is talking to Batty and Pris. Batty is sitting down and starts talking about A.J's chess game. Batty says "your opponent" then A.J says "Oh, Dr Tyrell" while he says this the chess game is shown, then it cuts to Batty and A.J and he continues "I've only beaten him once at chess." For this line his lips are not moving.
Continuity: When Roy throws Deckard to the ground after having rescued him, Deckard's shirt has ridden halfway up his torso, but when the shot cuts to behind Roy, the shirt is down.
Continuity: When Deckard makes a hardcopy of the picture on the screen, it doesn't match the screen picture. The screen shot is a profile of Zhora; the hardcopy is a frontal view.
Continuity: When Rachel is playing the piano, the shade of her lipstick changes when she lets her hair down and again in subsequent shots. It goes from bright red to almost none at all when she kisses Deckard.
Revealing: When Zhora dresses in Taffy Lewis' club she puts on high-heels. Later during the chase scene and when she flies thru the windows, she is wearing normal boots. And when she is shot the second time, her right hand holds a control, probably for the blood bags on her back.
Continuity: When Zhora attacks Deckard, she isn't wearing any lipstick. After she is killed and they roll her over, she has bright red lipstick on.
Revealing: When Rachael shoots Leon through the head, you can see an exit wound on his forehead. But when we see him from behind, there is no entry wound or even a sign of any injury on the back of his head.
Visible crew/equipment: Near the end, just before Deckard goes into the final showdown apartment complex, a police car lands and asks Dekkard who he is. Deckard tells him and as the police car takes off, the strings holding it are painfully obvious.
