Continuity: When the Sex Pistols are playing in California there's a shot from behind the bar showing that the guitar player wearing a red jacket is to the right of Johnny Rotten. Then the view goes closer and the guitarist is at his left.

Factual error: When Nancy goes in a car in London to score drugs there is a political poster stating 'Labour Isn't Working'. This poster was used by the Conservative party in the 1979 general election - Nancy was killed 9 months prior to this election.

Factual error: In one scene, Nancy gives Sid his trademark chain/padlock necklace. That item was actually given to him by The Pretenders front woman Crissie Hynde.
