Mistake Plot hole: Spoiler: At the end of the film we learn that the girl is the wild animal, having been saved by the same doctor. Yet at the restaurant she is wearing a bare back dress and does not have the giant X-like scar on her back, like he has or the model has, who the doctor marries at the end.

Mistake Continuity: When Marvin's car is falling over the cliff after the encounter with the seal, about half way down the hill you can see the front hood of the car come cleanly off and away from the car, but in the next scene it is still on the car.

Mistake Continuity: When Marvin goes after the fish in the fishtank at the shelter, his shirt gets completely soaked. For the remainder of the scene his shirt changes from being totally soaked to somewhat soaked and then back again.
