Other: When the counselors show up at camp with groceries, two of them walk away with bags to take inside. However if you watch the reflection in the side of the truck you can see them sit down and wait for the scene to end!

Friday the 13th Part VI: Jason Lives (1986) - 50 mistakes
Continuity: Jason kills Burt and takes his belt, but the belt appears around Jason's waist before he has the chance to put it on.
Continuity: In the final scene of the movie, Megan starts a boat motor and uses the propeller to hit Jason in the face, who has been chained down underwater. But if Jason can only barely reach her foor from underwater, there's no way the boat propeller is underwater far enough to reach his face.
Continuity: When Tommy picks up the mask before throwing it into Jason's grave he holds the mask with one hand only. But when it cuts to him throwing it, he is holding the mask with both hands.
Continuity: When Tommy throws Jason's mask in his grave, when Jason wakes up from the lightning bolt. Jason picks his mask up off the ground yet Tommy threw it in his grave.
Visible crew/equipment: When Megan comes to pick up Jarvis and she is putting down the window, in it you can see the director's light. You can also see this when Megan is pulling the window up.
Continuity: When Jason stabs Cort in the head (Cort is driving the camper) we see an exterior shot of the camper before it flips over. Look inside the camper; Jason is no longer standing behind the driver's seat where he stabbed Cort. In fact, Jason is gone altogether.
Revealing: Near the end of the film, when Tommy and Megan are driving towards the camp, a shot is reused from the earlier police chase scene. You can tell by the reflection of the red police lights in the trees.
Visible crew/equipment: During the paintball scene where Jason jumps down from the trees, he chops three people's heads off at once and when those bodies land you can see the crashmats at the bottom of the screen.
Visible crew/equipment: Camera visible in the bottom left of the window when Sissy pours the soda out.
Continuity: When Jason enter Paula's cabin, we hear her screaming and then blood splats on the window. The amount of blood on the window differs in the next scene.
Continuity: In the beginning, when Tommy dig up Jason's grave, they have a close up of Jason's eye, and they are brown. But, at the end when Megan cuts his neck with the propeller, his eyes are blue. Then, they are brown again for the last shot of Jason.
Continuity: When Cort starts the RV and drives away, all of the interior lights are on inside the RV. Yet when we see an exterior shot of the RV before it flips over, the lights inside the RV are no longer on.
Continuity: After Jason kills the 3 paintball players, he comes after Roy who panics and shoots Jason in the chest with a paintball. Jason even looks down at the paintball stain before he chases after Roy. Yet in all the later scenes, the paintball stain is gone.
Continuity: When Megan dives into the lake her hair is in front of her face but in the very next shot it's combed back.
Visible crew/equipment: When the RV flips over in one shot you can see a stage light in the darkness.
Revealing: When the clumsy guy is running in the forest you see him tripping in some bushes. Then some wire, probably used to tie up the bushes, gets stuck in his feet and he is struggling to get it away as he is stumbling. In the next shot the wire is gone.
Audio problem: When Cort is taking off with the caravan you hear the wheels squeal. However he is driving on mud so that would be impossible.
Continuity: When Tommy and Megan get to the roadblock you briefly see the officers walking towards them pointing the flashlight towards them. When it cuts they are leaning against the hood of the police car and aren't aiming the flashlight at them.
Continuity: When Jason kills Lizabeth, the first shot shows Jason with his feet on either side of her head, but in the next shot, his feet are together.
Continuity: When Tommy runs down to the boats he is carrying a sack with him. He almost loses the sack to the ground, but when it cuts he has his hands firmly around it again.
Continuity: When Jason approaches the RV with Cort and Nikki inside, we can see that the vent on the roof (above the front of the RV) is wide open. It is still open when Cort starts driving away. In the next scene when the RV is driving down the road, and after it flips over, the vent is now closed.
Continuity: In the film Tommy pulls the rod out of Jason and you see Tommy remove his right hand glove. In the next shot, Tommy is taking off the right glove again.
Audio problem: In the film Tommy is on a boat in the lake and Jason comes after him. Tommy opens up the gas can and spreads gas in the water around the boat and ignites it. When the gas ignites and the scenes following have the fire giving off a cracking sound (like wood burning), fuel burning on the water would not have that type of sound.
Revealing: When Jason kills the guy in the RV (by driving a knife through his head) have a look at the handle of the knife wobble when he bumps his head against the window.
Revealing: During the Paintball game, Jason decapitates 3 players who are standing side by side all in one swing of his machete, unfortunately all 3 people are of completely different height to each other so there is no way he could of decapitated them all at once. Also, even a viewer with the poorest eye sight can see the boxes the 3 dummies are standing on when their heads fly off.
Continuity: Jason's machete disappears from his hand as he walks after Steven through the woods.
Continuity: The propeller damage to Jason changes between shots.
Audio problem: Cort turns up the Alice Cooper song, but the volume remains the same.
Deliberate "mistake": When Jason rams the iron pole through the windshield of his first victim's car, the windshield breaks like normal glass.
Continuity: The amount of blood on the machete and the position the little girl is holding it change as she shows it to Paula.
Continuity: When the group of kids enter the police station, Cort has his headphones around his neck, then a few shots later, he takes them off his ears.
Continuity: During the scene where Jason kills Court while Court is driving the motorhome, watch as Jason removes the knife from a sheath on his right side to kill Court. Then, the motorhome crashes and Jason exits. When Jason exits and stands on the motorhome, you can see the same exact knife in the sheath on his right side again.
Other: When Tommy and his friend has dug up Jason's grave they have dug at least a feet down around the coffin. Why would they do that when all they have to do is uncover the lid on the coffin and remove it?
Continuity: When Cort and Nikki drive away in the camper, there is a large framed picture on the wall behind Cort above 2 smaller pictures. In one exterior shot of the camper pulling out, the larger picture is gone, but it re-appears in the next scene.
Continuity: When Megan and Tommy drive up on the roadblock, Officers Pappas and Thornton chase after them. Notice the precipitation on the windshields of the police cars, and Megan's car. Seconds later when Officer Pappas is on the radio with the Sheriff, his windshield is dry, without any rain drops on it at all.
Continuity: When Jason has Nikki in the bathroom of the RV, he slams her face into the wall, creating quite an impression of her face in the outside of the RV. Yet when the RV flips over, we can see that the face impression is gone.
Continuity: The sheriff shoots Jason in the head with his revolver and makes a hole by Jason's right eye. Jason pulls Tommy underwater and begins to choke him and Tommy passes out. There is a close up of Jason's face and the bullet hole is now gone. When Megan tries to save Tommy she cuts Jason's throat with the boat propeller and the bullet hole is visible again on Jason's mask.
Continuity: When Tommy is in the boat at the end, he pours gasoline on each side of the boat. He lights one side and both sides ignite, but how could this be if he didn't pour it all around the boat. Also, when he is fighting with Jason the ring of fire moves away from the boat.
Revealing: When the main girl finds the decapitated head in the car towards the end, you can see it is a doll.
Visible crew/equipment: When Tommy and his friend first walk into the cemetery they walk right past a stage light at the gate.
Visible crew/equipment: When the sheriff shoots Jason with a shotgun you can see the cable pulling him back.
Continuity: When Sissy and Paula are in the cabin as the girl screams, Sissy holds her hand up. When it cuts to them running, her arm is suddenly down.
Revealing: When Tommy goes to the Sheriff's station to warn the cops about Jason, he freaks out and grabs a shotgun. Sheriff Garris throws him to Deputy Rick, who drops the fastfood boxes he was holding. We can see (and hear) that the boxes are empty when they go flying.
Continuity: In the film Cort is making out with Nikki in the motor home and his tank top rolls up and it's above his nipples. In the following shot the shirt is rolled back down again.
Revealing: When the lightning strikes the metal pole in Jason's grave for the second time, a wire is visible attached to the tree where the electrical explosion appears.
Revealing: In the film Tommy runs to his truck after Jason has been brought back to life. Tommy is seen jumping into his truck and the engine rev's before he has even put the key in the ignition.
Revealing: When we see a closeup of Jason opening his eyes for the first time he is supposed to be lying in his coffin. One of the maggots falls across his face. If he really was lying down the maggot wouldn't fall like that.
Continuity: During the scene where Jason kills the couple in the volkswagen and again during the police chase it goes from night to day to night again.
Visible crew/equipment: When one of the female counselors is walking towards the window because she heard a noise you can see the top of the camera shooting the angle from outside above the window sill.
