In the final showdown at Milton's apartment, when Kevin shoots himself in the head, he is facing forward. Entry During the beginning of the film, Al Pacino and Keanu Reeves are on top of the office building. Pacino is promising money, clients, and power to Reeves if he joins his firm. This is a reference to the temptation of Christ where Satan took him to a mountain and showed him all the cities of the world and promised it to him if he bowed down to him.
Entry The scene inside the gilded apartment of real estate mogul Alexander Cullen, accused of the triple murder, was shot inside the actual Fifth Avenue apartment of real life real estate mogul Donald Trump. (From DVD director's commentary).
Entry Does anyone else notice the parallels between this movie and City Hall? They both have Al Pacino running New York City and his "right hand man" is named Kevin.
Entry In the beginning, the church scene was not actors but the actual congregation of that small evangelical church, minus Alice Lomax. Per the "Directors commentary" from the DVD, he worked with all the pastors/churches shown because he wanted their involvement and for it to be as authentic as possible.
