Continuity: When Jessica appears on stage, Eddie has Betty Boop standing next to him in all close-up shots, except for a wide shot of the public behind Jessica where Boop is missing.

Who Framed Roger Rabbit (1988) - 72 mistakes
Directed by Robert Zemeckis, starring Alan Tilvern, Betsy Brantley, Bob Hoskins, Charles Fleischer, Christopher Lloyd, Joanna Cassidy, Joel Silver, Lou Hirsch, Richard LeParmentier, Stubby Kaye (add more)
Visible crew/equipment: When the weasels are at Eddie's apartment and Roger is handcuffed to Eddie, Roger runs under the bed and drags Eddie on the floor. As he pulls him you can clearly see a board with wheels under Eddie that is pulling him under the bed.
Visible crew/equipment: Watch when Baby Herman confronts Eddie Valiant in the hallway at Valiant's office. The screen image may be of Herman, but the studio lights clearly cast the shadow of the puppet-machinery used to animate Herman's actual prop cigar in the baby carriage.
Continuity: When Eddie Valiant is in his office, and he examines the newspaper photo of Jessica Rabbit and Marvin Acme, the picture doesn't match the photos shown to RK Maroon earlier in the film, and neither does the original of the photo he looks at next. The photo shows an earlier, less sultry version of Jessica, in a halter-neck dress. (Jessica wears a strapless dress throughout the film). The DVD's Toontown Confidential special feature mentions that Jessica's look changed during filming, and the scene where Eddie takes down the Jessica photos and looks at the holiday photos of him and his brother was re-shot to show the new Jessica. Looks like they either missed the newspaper scene or felt that the view was so brief it wasn't necessary to change it.
Revealing: Close to the film's climax, when Doom is showing off his Dip Machine, we see one of the weasels hoisting a canister of Dip up a ladder. If you look close, you can see a large wire pulling the canister up. This was seen in the VHS version and may have been corrected in the DVD, I am unsure.
Revealing: When Valiant came upon the ugly Jessica look-alike, and she began to chase him, the chase ends with Eddie moving the roadline towards a wall, the results of which are her crashing into it. When Eddie throws the line to the wall, you can see that the cartoon line goes a bit "into the filmed wall" and covers a part of it.
Revealing: When Roger is bouncing on Eddie's bed, the landings are not in time with Roger's feet.
Visible crew/equipment: When Roger and Eddie get in a truck and there's no key, Roger hears the voice of Benny the Cab in the back of the truck. He then slides through a little window and his love letter to Jessica pops out of his pocket. A black glove can be seen pushing this letter through the window.
Continuity: In the bar fight scene when Stupid knocks down Doom and some other guys, you can see Delores wielding a bat at the other end of the bar. In the next shot when Eddie kicks Psycho, Delores is suddenly behind the bar where Eddie is.
Audio problem: In the secret room where Hoskins and Dolores are hiding Roger right before Hoskins hits his head on the lamp he says, "crazy tunes," but his mouth doesn't move.
Revealing: Before Benny crashes into the pole while carrying Eddie and Jessica, they show a shot in front of it of him coming towards it, and you can see the pre-cut line in the pole of where it brakes in half. This is better seen on the VHS version, it is harder to see on the DVD, but it's there.
Visible crew/equipment: When Judge Doom has transformed into his toon-self for the first time, he bounces after Eddie with yellow springs on his feet. Between when he takes off and when he lands, they show 4 different shots. In shots 2 and 3, you can see about 6 black suspension wires running into his clothes and carrying him through the air.
Continuity: In the scene where Roger and Hoskins are moments away from crashing into a bridge in the cab quickly look at the road there is no gate in between the roads. But when they jump onto the bridge they crash right into a gate.
Visible crew/equipment: In the scene where the weasels are chasing Roger and Hoskins and the weasel says, " I'm going to blow his head off ", look at their icon on the side of their door then quickly look to the left you can see the bumper and back end of the car that is driving the camera.
Visible crew/equipment: In the alley scene, where the two motorcycle policemen collide with the police car, and the motorcycle cops fly over the car, you can see the landing pads placed on the pavement to cushion their fall.
Revealing: Right when Greasy says "I'll handle this one" after being ordered to search Jessica for the will, look quickly at Hoskin's coat and you can see the rigs attached to the coat.
Revealing: The window blind in Maroon's office changes to a sheet of tambour (as found in roll-top desks) just before Roger crashes through it. This was to ensure his outline remains perfectly in it, otherwise pieces would drop out which are not attached to the strings on either side.
Continuity: In the scene where Valiant is sitting in the Night Club and meets Betty they start to talk. Notice she puts down her tray off to the side, in the next shot the tray is nowhere to be seen.
Revealing: When the weasels are in Valiant's apartment and the leader says, "Step outta line and we'll hang you and your laundry out to dry," you can see the shadow of the mechanical arm used to hold the gun cast on Hoskins.
Factual error: Look carefully at the electric trolleybuses trundling around the streets (and that Valiant hitches a ride on). You'll see that although they have boom arms on top, which are usually hoisted up and connected to overhead powerlines, there are no overhead wires anywhere for them to be getting electricity from.
Continuity: Throughout the film the buttons on Smart Guy's jacket switch from pink to gold.
Visible crew/equipment: When Wheezy and Psycho laugh at Smart Guy after he has fallen down the stairs, if you look closely you can see the wires holding Wheezy's machine gun up.
Visible crew/equipment: When the weasels search for Roger in Eddie's office, there is a shot where Smart Guy kicks a box aside right after he tells the others to stop laughing. To the right is a puppeteer's shadow pulling the box up in the air.
Continuity: When Eddie hitches a ride on the back of the Streetcar, only its rear power-arm is attached to the overhead cable. Later when Eddie jumps off and says "Thanks for the cigarettes", it has both of its power-arms raised.
Continuity: When Eddie is looking through Jessica's keyhole his left arm is down. When it cuts he is leaning his left arm to the wall.
Continuity: At Maroon's office in the beginning Eddie is holding a newspaper. The way he holds it changes between the shots.
Continuity: In the scene where Hoskins says, "I'm calling the cops," his eyes are following Roger as he walks across the desk, but when you see Roger he is still standing near the chair.
Continuity: In the scene at Valiant' office, Roger starts reading the letter but when he jumps off the bed in front of Valiant, the letter disappears.
Audio problem: In Maroon's office, when he says to Valiant "I want you to get me a couple of pictures to wise up the Rabbit with," notice the next shot is of Maroon from the back of his head. Notice his mouth doesn't match the words he is saying.
Continuity: In the office of Maroon, Valiant gives back the paper to Maroon. The next shot he is holding it, but in the next shot its in his left pocket.
Continuity: When Eddie Valiant gets thrown in the garbage by the gorilla he stands up and there is some trash on his back and hat, but when the camera changes shot the trash is gone.
Continuity: In the scene where Judge Doom is going to put Roger in the dip Hoskins offers Roger a drink. He takes the drink, but in the next shot takes the drink again but not the same way; the drink spills all over the counter.
Continuity: In the scene where the gorilla is throwing Hoskins out of the club notice he is facing forward but when he lands in the trash he lands on his back.
Continuity: When Valiant walks out of the garbage and reaches to a window in front of him, the box and bottles next to it change positions between shots.
Continuity: When Mr. Acme meets Eddie at the joint, he squirts the magic ink at him. The position of the things on his table keeps changing between shots.
Continuity: Before Eddie turns on the band machine in the factory, we see Smart Guy holding a real gun. Three shots later, when the weasel is backing away in surprise, he is holding a toon gun, which later switches back to a real gun.
Other: Three shots after Eddie stuffs the soap into Smart Guy's mouth, when the other four weasels notice him tumbling down the stairs, a chair can be seen flying across the room. This is impossible, because the other four weasels are together, and Smart Guy was talking with Eddie, so there was nobody to throw the chair.
Continuity: In the climactic scene where the Red Car is about to "Dip" Roger and Jessica, one shot of Eddie (shot upward from the ground) also includes the hook that Roger and Jessica are hanging from. However, Roger and Jessica are not animated into this shot.
Revealing: The Streetcar railway tracks are simply metal strips laid in the road. When Eddie jumps of the back of the Streetcar's bumper, you can see that the rails are not in full contact with the road, as there are visible gaps between the rails and the road surface.
Continuity: When Roger jumps out of the chair and through the window in Maroon's office, you can see the glass shatter with jagged edges at the bottom and no clean outline of Roger. The next shot shows the glass cleanly cut in Roger's shape.
Continuity: The toon patrol car hits the 2 police motorcycles in the middle of the long alleyway, yet after they crash the cops then land in the middle of the street.
Revealing: When Eddie is using the magnet to pull Judge Doom toward him, you can see the wires attached to Doom's shoulders used to move him.
Continuity: When Angelo is messing with Eddie you see Angelo holding an egg. When Eddie grabs him you can see the egg is suddenly peeled.
Continuity: In the scene where Hoskins is washing his clothes and hiding Roger notice that the weasel talking is holding a gun. Hoskins puts a bar of soap in his mouth and the gun disappears. Then when he comes back to Hoskins the gun reappears.
Continuity: In Valiant' office notice the whiskey bottle to the right of Valiant. Then Roger is about to sit in his brother's chair. While Valiant is yelling at him, look right in front of him the whiskey bottle is there, but then when he sits down the bottle is back at its original spot.
Continuity: In the scene after Valiant gets rejected by the trolley operator, notice as the trolley operator is closing the door, Valiant starts to fold the check. But in the next shot, he starts folding it again the same way.
Continuity: In the scene where Valiant gets his check notice he puts it in his left chest pocket, but when he gets in front of the trolley operator to pay he reaches in his left jacket pocket then it quickly shows him holding it showing the trolley operator.
Continuity: In the scene where Valiant leaves Maroon's office, he goes outside and closes the door behind him all the way. Then a cartoon character passes him. Notice the character opens the door by pushing on it instead of turning the knob? I thought Valiant closed it all the way.
Continuity: When Eddy is fighting Judge Doom, Eddy is holding a giant cartoon magnet. He then attracts Judge Doom's sword and when Eddy drops the magnet it is attracted to a steel drum. If you look at the bottom of the drum you can see two strings on the bottom of the drum as it moves towards Bob Hoskins.
Factual error: The Goofy cartoon Roger watches in the theater was made in 1949, but the film takes place in 1947.
Other: When Eddie Valiant gets thrown out of the Ink and Paint Club, he is already starting to go through the air as the gorilla moves his hands to throw him.
Continuity: As Eddy Valiant walks out of Maroon Cartoon studios in the beginning a hippo bumps into him, then walks away. About 7 seconds later you see the hippo sit on a bench causing the bench to collapse to one side and a man fly up. You can clearly see the rope that pulls the man up as well as the actual person holding the rope.
Continuity: At Valiant' office notice the bottle of whiskey on the table, right before he examines the pictures of Jessica and Acme, the bottle is about almost full. But in the next scene after he finds out that Roger is there he sits down and you hear him pour himself a drink. In the next shot the bottle is almost empty and he is holding a glass that only holds about a mouthful of whiskey. How could he pour that little amount of whiskey and lose that much?
Factual error: Eddie Valiant sits in his office looking at the "vacation" pictures also on the roll of film in the camera borrowed from Delores. One of the negatives is crooked in the enlarger and shows 35mm sprocket holes. This was not a 35mm camera.
Continuity: Mr. Maroon talks Valiant into working for him, he has his head tilted sideways. A brief back shot shows the head straight, but the immediate front angle shows it tilted again.
Continuity: When Eddie hears his friend has been laid-off, Delores puts her hand over the glass to remind him he needs to have the money by Friday and she takes her hand off the glass when the camera pans up to her face. When it cuts back to Eddie her hand is still over the glass.
Continuity: When Maroon asks if Eddie's got the will, you can see Eddie holding his coat with both hands. When it cuts he has his arm inside his suite.
Continuity: When Maroon says "Get me a couple of juicy pictures I can wise the rabbit off with" to Eddie, you can see him standing almost face to face with him. But when it cuts from behind Maroon he is standing away.
Audio problem: In the scene where Hoskins and Roger are going into the sceret room Dolores says, "oh swell," but her mouth doesn't move.
Audio problem: In Valiant' office after Roger reads the letter and Valiant says, "Why didn't you just leave the letter there." Notice Roger standing on the bed, you hear him talking, but his mouth doesn't move.
Continuity: In the scene where Valiant is in the bar and just learned that his friend has been laid-off he takes a drink but Dolores puts her hand over it. In the next shot she has a shot glass in her hand and a bottle, but when Valiant shows her the check, both the glass and the bottle are gone.
Audio problem: In the scene where Valiant is outside and looks over to see the brooms cleaning, notice the bird on the bike coming towards the camera. You hear a bell ringing as he goes by but there is no bell on the bike.
Continuity: Near the end in the Acme Factory, the weasels tunnel through the wall and say "Toontown is on the other side of the world, boss". Understandable because of the portal link between the two "dimensions". But while the wall they're tunneling through seems to only have about ten layers of bricks, when the Red Car crashes through it, it alternates between one layer of bricks to three and back and forth.
Continuity: When Eddie goes to meet Maroon with his accusations, Maroon is holding a distinctively brass colored gun. When Eddie attacks him, the gun is released by Maroon, and it instantly cuts to a shot of Eddie on top of him, an identical gun in hand. Then when they get up, Eddie tosses the gun aside. When Doom shoots Maroon through the window, Eddie dives for cover and once again the gun is amazingly in his hand.
Revealing: Hoskins and Maroon break the news to Roger Rabbit, and Maroon gives Roger a drink. When he pours the drink you can see a clear plug in the neck of the bottle, and right before Roger Rabbit drinks you can see there is nothing in the glass.
Other: When Eddie sits on the bench and the hippo sits down, you can see Eddie bounce off the bench before the bench even moves.
Continuity: When Eddie gets the camera from Dolores, the way he holds the camera changes in the next shot.
Continuity: When Eddie is on Maroon's office pouring himself some bourbon, Dumbo shows up and scares Eddie, who throws himself on the ground. The camera then shows him and his empty glass, and the ground is dry. Where did the bourbon go?
Continuity: When Eddie pours out his whisky, the way he holds the bottle changes between shots.
Continuity: When the weasels are in Eddie's office, the four weasels watch their leader falling down the stairs. Stupid (the fat weasel) closes the middle drawer on the filing cabinet, but in the next shot the drawer is open.
Continuity: When Judge Doom is about to dunk the squeaky shoe into the Dip, it seems to stick itself in for him, even though it looks rather scared.
Other: At the beginning of the movie, when Roger is begging the director to give him another chance and keeps grabbing the bottom of the director's jacket that is in the director's hand, at one point the bottom of the jacket leaps into Roger's hand before he actually grabs it.
