Continuity: In the beginning of the movie when James Bond is taking the chip out of the necklet from the corpse he's suddenly not wearing the gloves he did before. A cut later when he's escaping from the enemies he's wearing his gloves again.

These mistakes are currently being ordered by time. Entries without times will appear at the end.
Directed by John Glen, starring Alison Doody, Christopher Walken, Desmond Llewelyn, Lois Maxwell, Roger Moore (add more)
Continuity: When Bond is knocked off the snowmobile near the beginning, he falls face down next to the snowmobile skid, not moving. After a brief cut away, we then see him lifting himself up from a face-up sitting position. He's had no time to move himself that way.
Continuity: When Bond chases May Day up the Eiffel Tower, she throws the fishing rod at him and the wire wraps around his legs. As he falls down he has the gun in his hand. The next shot his hands are free and he is untying the wire. The next shot he has the gun in his hand. At no point does he put the gun down and pick it up.
Revealing: When May Day jumps off the Eiffel Tower, a long ramp can be seen suspended at the top of the Tower. It was obviously needed to give the stuntman a sufficient run-up so that he flew clear of the structure.
Revealing: When Bond jumps on top of the elevator in the Eiffel Tower you can see briefly that it is not Roger Moore but his stunt double.
Audio problem: When Bond steals the cab driver's car after coming down from the Eiffel Tower the words the cab driver yells doesn't match up to the way his lips move.
Visible crew/equipment: When Bond steals the taxi, you can see a boom mic and operator reflected in the rear window as Bond drives away.
Continuity: After Bond gets down from the Eiffel Tower to chase May Day he steals a car. While Bond is driving down the stairs you can clearly see a Red sticker or decal on the right side of the car. After the car is cut in half it is not there.
Visible crew/equipment: When Bond's car (stolen Taxi) gets cut into half, the man driving (long shot) is a stuntman and not Roger Moore.
Visible crew/equipment: When Roger Moore is chasing Grace Jones in Paris after the Eiffel Tower scene, he jumps off a bridge and onto a tourist barge passing under along the River Seine. As he crashes through the glass roof, you can clearly see that it is a mannequin in a tuxedo.
Plot hole: When Bond and Tibbett break into the underground lab and find the device which drugs the racehorses, you can see that it has a large light emitting diode (LED) on the top of it. What possible use would that be, since the device is implanted in the horse's leg, and is supposed to be covert?
Audio problem: When Bond is knocked unconscious into the back of the Rolls Royce, everyone gathered around moves away. Listen carefully and you can distinctly hear a technician/assistant say, 'Mind that door.' It cannot be dialogue from the film due to the way it is said.
Revealing: When Patrick MacNee and Roger Moore are pushed into the lake in the Rolls Royce, you can clearly see the wire pulling the car into the water. It leaps out of the water as it takes the strain.
Revealing: When the Rolls Royce is going underwater, it twists a little and you can clearly see that the car is empty.
Continuity: When Bond is using the tyre valve to breathe underwater, "Michelin" is spelled out in white on the tire but all previous shots of the car show blackwall tyres.
Continuity: When the Rolls Royce sinks it is a lot further away from Zorin and May than when Bond looks out of the water while he is getting air from the tyres.
Continuity: When Zorin's men attacks Stacey's house, she throws a jar at one of them. A huge part stays on his head and he doesn't remove it when he escapes with the other. When Stacey is taking the broken parts on the floor, you can see that same huge part. At the place it is on the floor, the man had to put it gently on the floor, something he didn't.
Visible crew/equipment: During the pursuit scene in San Francisco, there's a long shot where the fire truck passes in front of the camera just before the two police cars get separated. During that shot, you can see a camera crew on the top of the truck, in front of the ladder.
Visible crew/equipment: In the scene where Roger Moore is driving the stolen firetruck he passes a gas station. When he hits the sign of the gas station you can clearly see a whole camera rig on the side of the truck.
Continuity: When Zorin is trying to break into the shed where Bond is, just after he's worked out what time high tide is, the door rattles, dropping a hard hat onto the ground, but leaving a red/yellow light/reflector hanging, quite securely. The door lock is also pointing down and right. A couple of shots later, without the door being rattled forcibly again, there's nothing hanging behind it, and the door lock is pointing right.
