When Randy's talking to Julie from the pay phone in the bar his right sleeve is rolled up to his elbow. It changes to a long sleeve when he's knocking on the wall. [His left sleeve is 'rolled up' to his elbow, but his unbuttoned right sleeve is actually only just pushed up and loose, towards his elbow. So the right sleeve simply slipped down his arm - it doesn't even reach his wrist, and you can note that the 'long sleeve' is still unbuttoned.]
