Continuity: In the hotel scene when Van Damme is crashing through walls to escape the other Universal Soldiers who are shooting from outside, one shot from the inside of the room shows him hitting the wall with his left shoulder, but when the camera goes into the next room to show him coming through that wall, he is breaking through with his right shoulder.

Universal Soldier (1992) - 12 mistakes
These mistakes are currently being ordered by time. Entries without times will appear at the end.
Directed by Roland Emmerich, starring Dolph Lundgren, Jean-Claude Van Damme (add more)
Revealing: As Luc and the girl escape the motel, they drive through several windows. On the last one, you can see a (very) badly placed ramp for the stunt.
Revealing: When Luc cuts out the tracking device from his leg, you can see that the knife was never inside the leg although the leg is trickling with blood from the wound.
Other: When Dolph Lundren shoots his boss he shoots him through his glasses in his eye. However the guys lens never breaks. His glasses fill up from the inside with blood.
Audio problem: When Jean Claude and the girl are in the bus while Dolph is throwing hand grenades, they say a few lines as their bus is getting rammed. There are 3 lines in a row where what they say is not what is heard. 2 lines by the woman and 1 line by Van Damme.
Continuity: In one scene JCVD is trapped in the back of an out of control prison bus. The driver has been killed but has, one must assume, died with his foot jammed on the pedal because the bus doesn't slow. In a shot facing back at the bus you can clearly see a pair of hands steering the bus.
Continuity: When Luc Deveraux and Veronica Roberts are on the prison bus and Andrew Scott is chasing them on the truck/base of operations Andrew starts throwing hand grenades. Andrew throws one that lands inside the bus. Veronica has time to fumble around for it, pick it up, scream about it and throw it out of the window before it explodes. The rest of the grenades that Andrew throws explode in a couple of seconds like they are supposed to.
Continuity: In the final fight scene when Andrew is ramming Luc's head into the side of the police car the blood on Luc's forehead disappears and reappears between shots.
Other: Devereux and Scott are sent after the reporter to apprehend her. Only problem with that is moments before they were sent to go get her, they were naked having their injections, there wasn't enough time for them to have kitted up and gone after her with any hope of catching her.
Deliberate "mistake": At the start of the movie when the articulated truck is leaving the aircraft, you never see the attached trailer until the truck is completely flat on the runway. This is because of the steepness of the loading ramp, the trailer would ground and get stuck on the ramp.
Revealing: When the prison bus flips over, the cannon on the underside of the chassis to enable it to flip over is visible.
Continuity: When the Unisols first show up at the dam, the colonel is wearing a 11th armored cav patch on his left sleeve and a Special Forces patch on the right. In the next shot he is wearing a 11th cav patch and no SF patch, then a SF patch on the left sleeve and nothing on the right, then they switch (SF on the left and 11th cav on the right). This continues throughout the movie.
