When the Captain is watching the overturned boat trying to be launched, there is a crew member working on the davit, causing it to make a rapid clicking noise. But soon after the noise stops, the crewmember is still turning.

During the scene where Jack and Rose are walking around the ship and talking and Rose is telling him about her upcoming fears about the wedding, a frontal camera shot on Jack shows him asking her "It's a simple question, do you love the guy or not?". Jack finishes his sentence here, but about a second later, a rear camera shot of Jack (now also facing Rose) shows that his jawline and lips are moving and finishing the words "or not".

In the poker scene, when Jack picks up a card from the deck, it makes a very loud and long noise. Much louder and longer than the movement of the card against the deck would justify.
