Visible crew/equipment: In the scene where CC Bloom abruptly leaves the Hollywood bowl towards the beginning of the movie, she gets into the limousine opened by her chauffeur. When the chauffeur closes the door, you can see the cameraman and another person to the left in the reflection.

Beaches (1988) - 14 mistakes
Directed by Garry Marshall, starring Barbara Hershey, Bette Midler, John Heard (add more)
Continuity: The strip of photos in CC’s top keep changing position; sometimes they are sticking far out of her top, in other shots they aren’t as visible. This is very clear as Hilary and she sit at the hotel table and talk.
Visible crew/equipment: When Hilary and Victoria are walking out of the house, heading for the car, on their way to the beach house, as the camera back out of the door, crew is reflected in the glass window to the right of the door.
Continuity: When CC is working on a movie, she gets out of the car and yells at the director, and the subsequently punches him. The man in the car, in the background, has a hat which keeps disappearing in some shots.
Continuity: The scrub CC wears as she walks into the hospital room, as Hilary is in labour, keeps on changing position. It alternates from hanging off / being on her shoulder, without her touching it.
Continuity: When Leona is telling CC about leaving, and packing up to go see her father, watch the clothes on the rack either side of CC; between shots they change position, and some clothes completely change.
Visible crew/equipment: When CC and Hilary are bickering in the department store, as they walk over to the baby clothing cabinet, the camera pans along, and the crew and camera rig are reflected in the glass jewellery cabinet.
Audio problem: When CC first meets Hilary, CC is under the boardwalk. As CC talks, the audio is ahead of her mouth movements, and when she says “Ritzy or Cheap?” her mouth is completely shut.
Continuity: When CC and Hilary go into the hotel to get sodas, a man sitting at the table behind them gets up and begins to walk away. In the next shot he Is seated again, then gets up and walks away once again.
Continuity: When Leona is telling CC that they will pack up and leave to go see her father, there is an orange shirt on the desk to her left. In the next shot, as she gets up, it has vanished, then it reappears when Hilary goes over there.
Continuity: Near the end of the movie, we see C.C. standing against the beach house. There's shot of her walking to centre of deck, followed by another of her still against the beach house, and her walking out to the centre again.
Visible crew/equipment: In the scene roughly halfway through the movie, when Hillary and her husband walk into the hotel through the revolving door, the reflection of the camera crew is visible in the glass.
Continuity: At the beginning of the movie, there are clips of letters that the characters, CC and Hillary, have sent to each other throughout their friendship. In one of the letters that is clearly dated 1979, CC tells Hillary about a new play that she has been cast in. Yet in the movie, Hillary sees this play in 1976.
Deliberate "mistake": When Hillary and CC are looking at Victoria after she's born, the baby Hillary's holding looks like it's several months old, not a red and pinched-looking newborn.
