Revealing: When the Riddler projects the question mark above the bat signal, two beams can be seen producing the image, except they are slowly tracing the perimeter. If these beams are producing the image, it should only be visible where the beams are touching, and not everywhere else. In order to produce an image and not just two points, and beams would need to travel extremely fast to trace the perimeter without leaving gaps. (much the same way images in a lasershow are produced).

Continuity: When Bruce is reading the riddle about vowels, it starts out "We're five little items of an everyday sort." He pushes the button to read the second part of the riddle. Then when Bruce walks around, the first part of the riddle can be seen again.

Audio problem: When boiling acid starts spraying inside of the bank vault that Batman and a security guard are in, the security guard shouts "It's boiling acid." But his lips does not match with what he is saying. It happens again when the guard yells to Batman, "Don't let go."

Revealing: When Dr. Meridian first drops out of the tube, her skirt flies up. However, when she is falling in the shaft, her skirt is down and barely moving.

Continuity: Two-Face and the Riddler are in Two-Face's lair; the Riddler has just said, "Then I taught my doggie a new trick; how to map the human mind." In the establishing shot, the tube is in left hand; after the cut, it's in his right hand.

Revealing: When Batman is hanging from the chain that is connected to Two-Face's helicopter, you can see a dark area at the bottom of the screen. The dark area is a shadow, and you can tell it's green screen. And yes I know he's hanging off a helicopter.

Continuity: When Batman jumps up into the Riddler's lair, he's gone up the outside of the shaft - we see a shot from his point of view right up to the point of entry, and he's right at the edge. But when he jumps back into the shaft, despite not having moved, he's suddenly right in the middle of it.

Continuity: When Bruce has just gotten shot by Two - Face and Riddler has just put the vowel riddle down, the riddle has a short stick with Bruce's head on the top to be a tennis ball. When they're taking Dr. Chase away, the bird's eye shot of Bruce laying shows no stick.

Continuity: In the vault, just before Batman enters, we get a nice shot of the bank guard. He appears to be lying length-wise in the vault, his body flat and straight, and his head laying on the "step" toward the left side of the screen. When the scene cuts to Batman entering the vault, the guard is positioned differently, at much more of an angle, and his head is higher, closer to the second row of boxes from the bottom of the vault.

Continuity: When Bruce is at Dr. Meridians place, Bruce receives a call from Alfred. Bruce moves his finger on the side of the communication device up. The next shot shows him doing it again.

Visible crew/equipment: To escape Two-Face's ambush, Batman tilts the batmobile onto its rear wheels, and thanks to the bat-hook, he's able to use the vertical facade of a building as an alternate route. As the batmobile rides up the building, if you look closely you can see what looks to be a wire behind the batmobile (probably helping the batmobile or a model of it travel smoothly up the building or a model of the building).

Continuity: In the part after The Riddler shows Two-Face the newspaper with the headline "Batman Survives Subway Sabotage," The Riddler pushes a glowing green cylinder into the monkey's mouth and the camera cuts to the screen so they can see Bruce Wayne's brain. When it cuts back to Two-Face and The Riddler, the cylinder isn't there.
