Continuity: In one of the final scenes, the one in the parking lot when they are picking up the kids from camp: It's nearly sunset and it's apparent that they put together several shots as the scene moves back and forth from earlier in the sunset to later and back/forth again as you see the shadows change throughout the scene.

The Story of Us (1999) - 5 mistakes
Directed by Rob Reiner, starring Bruce Willis, Michelle Pfeiffer, Rita Wilson, Rob Reiner, Tim Matheson (add more)
Continuity: At the start of the movie when the family is sitting at the dinner table discussing their highs and lows of the day, the plate of food in front of the daughter changes. The first shot when she is complaining about camp, her food is visible as three separate items (meat and two vegetables). When the camera comes back to her, the food is all mixed together on the plate. When the shot switches back to her a third time, the food is three separate items again.
Continuity: When Ben Jordan and Stan are walking around the fountain, they walk past a long glass railing. The white sneakers of the cameraman can be seen in the reflection on the glass. You know it's him because he stops walking when they stop and continues walking when they do.
Other: When Kate is trying to fix the laundry machine from overflowing bubbles, Ben calls her to tell her they are knocking down their old apartment. The phone rings and she picks up a cordless phone from the counter and starts talking without turning it on.
Continuity: In the restaurant scene where Ben Jordan is being counseled by Stan and his wife, in successive shots Ben is seen pouring wine, then drinking it, conversing, pouring, etc. in sequences that would be impossible in the course of continuous conversation.
