Continuity: In the opening shot of the film, as Carmen sits by the window, Ingrid walks past the table in the hallway when she enters the bedroom and on the table are flowers and a doll. Behind Carmen, a red cloth is draped over the tall dresser. In the following shots a lamp (lit) makes its appearence on the hallway table, the doll's position changes and the red cloth on the dresser not only changes position, but in many shots one side is actually gone.

These mistakes are currently being ordered by time. Entries without times will appear at the end.
Directed by Robert Rodriguez, starring Alan Cumming, Alexa Vega, Antonio Banderas, Carla Gugino, Cheech Marin, Robert Patrick, Teri Hatcher, Tony Shalhoub (add more)
Continuity: In the kids' room, when Carmen approaches Juni to remind him about the wart medicine, Juni's red and yellow cars are on the blue dresser behind Carmen. Then when Carmen finishes telling the spy story, as she says, "Trading espionage for parenthood," the cars' positions differ, and when Juni says, "It needs monsters," they change position again.
Revealing: As Ingrid tells the tale of the two spies to Carmen and Juni, in the story when Ingrid follows Gregorio up in the elevator, her coat is red including under the collar and lapels, with about 6-8 inches of red on the interior along the span of the edges, the rest being a black interior. After she removes her wig, to disguise herself even further she then turns her coat inside-out, with the same characteristics in the opposing color. Obviously in reality there are two coats, as this is impossible to achieve when simply turning the coat inside-out.
Revealing: When Ingrid knocks off the head of the ice swan, in the first shot she is about to hit the middle of the neck from the front, yet in the next close-up of her arm it hits much higher and from the side. It is also blatantly apparent that it is not Ingrid's arm taking out the ice head in the close-up.
Continuity: During the wedding of Ingirid and Gregorio, the flowers in Ingrid's hair change, from the time she knocks the head off the ice swan through the following shots.
Continuity: At the wedding, as Ingrid starts to nervously walk up the aisle, the people she passes on her left not only change position while they're still on her left side in three consecutive shots, in the next few shots quite a few guests actually change sides and/or are now nearer the groom.
Continuity: At the wedding of Ingrid and Gregorio Cortez, when the planes come a bunch of pages fly out of the large bible the pastor holds. In the next shot of the pastor he's now holding a small bible with a different cover.
Factual error: When Gregorio and Ingrid are being chased by a helicopter during their wedding, the helicopter goes between two stone posts and the helicopter's blades break the post tops off. The problem is that both of the tops fall forward, which is wrong - one should fall forward, the other one should fall backwards.
Continuity: At Ingrid and Gregorio's wedding, when they escape after they hold hands, in the close-up the parachute leg straps are not around Igrid's thighs, they are dangling at her back as they run to leap off the cliff, whereas Gregorio's are set right. Yet in the next wide shot, as they jump, the straps are secured around both of her thighs.
Visible crew/equipment: When Ingrid sits at the vanity table in the bedroom, in the shot just after Gregorio's screen reads, "Type password," but just before the close-up of Ingrid's fingers typing on her makeup, there is a lovely reflection of a crew member behind the camera, which is perfectly clear in the mirror to Ingrid's right.
Visible crew/equipment: After Ingrid types on the makeup atop her vanity table in the close-up, the crew's reflector screen, which is positioned in front of Carla Gugino (Ingrid), is visible in the mirror's reflection to her right (it isn't part of the spy information scrolling on the mirror), in the following seven shots.
Continuity: When Ingrid is in the bedroom at the vanity table, the tray of makeup with the lipstick at the back is reflected in the large center oval mirror directly behind it. However, in the next close-up as she types on the makeup, the mirror's back wood support and the bedroom wall are behind the makeup, not the mirror. It is only in the next shot, as Ingrid finishes typing, that the mirror actually turns horizontally to expose the wood support and wall.
Visible crew/equipment: Many times throughout the film, the reflector screen or set lights are reflected in Gregorio's eyeglasses, as well as Juni's sunglasses.
Visible crew/equipment: When Gregorio slams on his brakes the car stops alongside the sidewalk, in front of the private school. In the next shot he calls out, "Juni, Juni!" as Juni stands by the open car door. First, a large boom mic and the reflector screen are wonderfully reflected in the car window, before he closes the door. Then when Juni closes the door, a car is reflected on the door, though it is impossible for it to be there since a gate, which is visible in the following shots, stands at the edge of the sidewalk on the car's left side. Some crew members, one of which is behind camera equipment and another holds the boom mic pole, are also reflected in Gregorio's door on the left. Then as Juni walks away, the boom mic moves back and forth in the reflection near Gregorio's face to pick up the actors' audio.
Continuity: In the first shot of Floop's castle, when the camera pans towards Floop, he holds a ball of clay in his right hand. When it cuts, it's in his left hand.
Continuity: Near the beginning of the movie, when we see Floop's castle for the first time, the camera zooms in on it as Lisp welcomes the investors, and we see Floop looking out through his puzzle piece shaped window. The puzzle window Floop looks through in the exterior shot is completely different than the puzzle window in the interior shots.
Continuity: In the exterior shot looking in through the puzzle window, the black book behind Floop changes position in a following shot. As Floop counts down, when the men move the tables the large glass pitcher changes position. Then, when Floop says, "One!" the chair with the purple seat is in front of the large chair to Lisp's left, yet when Johnny jumps over Lisp, the purple chair is gone.
Continuity: The characteristics and features of Floop’s castle differ hugely in the exterior shots of the castle and the interior shots. One crucial example is all the windows in the grand room which are visible in interior shots, yet not in the exterior shots.
Revealing: When the CG Thumb Thumbs are seen the length and width of their "arms" and "legs" are distinct. However, when hidden beneath the black garments their arms and legs are much leaner and longer and the hands and feet of the stunt doubles are quite discernable under the black material. One such example is at the safehouse, when Juni peeks out through the door and spots the Thumb Thumbs down below.
Continuity: When the large doors to the grand room open, robot Johnny runs up the corridor towards Lisp and the door to the virtual room as well as its two signs, are at the end of the corridor. Yet when Gregorio and Carmen 'drop in' on Floop's table, the wall with a window is at the end of the corridor. Then when Minion receives the Third Brain from the robots the virtual room doors are visible, however in the following shots the wall with the window is back once again.
