Gary Glitter was meant to be in Spice World, but due to his court trial over pictures that were found on his computer, it was omitted from the finished film-a whole scene was done with him and the Spice Girls singing Wanna Be In My Gang.
When the girls go into the forest, Clifford, Deborah, and Dennis talk. Dennis says "I love these girls, and I would do anything for them, but I won't do that". This is reference to his song "I'd Do Anything For Love (But I Won't Do That)".
