Trivia: 2 of the 3 Hanson brothers are related (Jeff and Steve Carlson). Originally, their brother Jack was supposed to be the 3rd Hanson, but at the time filming started, Jack was called up by the Edmonton Oilers of the World Hockey Association. Their teammate, Dave Killer Hanson replaced Jeff and Jerry Houser replaced Dave Hanson and became Dave Killer Carlson.

Continuity mistake: A camera pan of the Washington presidents bench shows the back Of player #7, 3 seconds later he's in front of the goalie when the goal is scored. 4 seconds later he hops over the boards to start another shift. How he was in all those places seemingly at once is beyond me. Also on the same play you see #4 of the chiefs climbing over the boards for the second shift, but he started the game!
Jim Carr: Andre "Poodle" Lussier, defense. Andre, as you know, has been living in semi-seclusion in Northern Quebec ever since the unfortunate Denny Pratt tragedy.
