Factual error: In the car chase, the SWAT truck throws cars in a traffic jam upwards and to left and right, as if it had a large, pointed snowplough type structure mounted to its front bumper. The front of the truck is squared off and blunt - it would just shorten the car in front - as some of us know from tail-ending experience.
Suggested correction: The truck was moving at high speed, which would have applied a large amount of momentum on the bunch of cars in front of it. I agree that the destruction is a little exaggerated, but it is possible for a car to be sent flying in some direction when an armored vehicle rams it at high speed.
Corrected entry: When Jason Bourne is supposedly in London when he's in a van with the agent - look out the windshield and the Luxor pyramid hotel in Las Vegas is visible. He doesn't go there until the next scene. (01:15:45)
Corrected entry: When Nicky Parsons is downloading files from the CIA, she opens David Webb's file showing his DOB as 6/4/78. In the Bourne Identity, his Jason Bourne passport (during the bank scene) says his DOB is 8/21/69. I suppose it could be argued that he has a fake age, but this kind of age gap would not be good spycraft. This new age for Bourne/Webb is fudging on the age of Matt Damon, who was born in 1970.
Correction: Just watched the movie. The date is 1974 not '78, making for just a 5 year age gap, which is more believable.
Corrected entry: When Nikki Parsons meets up with Bourne and the CIA get him on camera Tommy Lee Jones says "it's David Bourne." (00:21:19)
Correction: He doesn't call him David, he says "stay with Bourne."
Character mistake: During the Athens scene, Dewey says "It's David Bourne. Clear to engage the target" mixing up David Webb and Jason Bourne's names. (00:00:22)
Suggested correction: He says "Stay with Bourne." The two had split up and he wanted Jason followed.
