Continuity: When Dwight is handing everybody goggles, cup walkie talkies etc., the red numbers on the machine nearby keep changing in most shots. You can clearly see "02.38.58" and it is counting down. Then in the next shot it is "02.39.48" and is counting up. Then it is "02.17.00" etc.

Visible crew/equipment: When Hanson enters the dining room with the trolley of food, a crewmembers hand can be seen ready to catch the door Hanson comes through.

Continuity: When Cindy and Buddy are in the cool room and she is talking on the cups, you can see what appears to be blood on the bottom of her pants. In a scene cut from the film (it's on the DVD), Cindy covers the floor in blood before they get pushed into the cool room (spoofing Hollow Man). Since scene wasn't in the film, she shouldn't have the blood on the bottom of her pants.

Continuity: At the end of the film, when Dwight gets pulled into the room and sits down in a chair beside Ray and Buddy, Ray's shirt is orange. Then when Dwight says, "I can't feel my legs," it cuts back, but Ray's shirt is yellow. It alternates throughout this scene between orange and yellow.

Revealing: When Dwight flies into the banister in his wheelchair, after colliding with Hugh, from a back shot you can see marks made previously in the wood to make the banister break in those parts, more easily.

Continuity: In the opening scene when the priest is playing the piano, in close shots of him you can see the back of the musical sheets sitting on the piano, and they are just pages of musical notes. Yet between two shots a book which says "Eckstein" appears. Then in the next close shot the "Eckstein" booklet isn't there and just musical sheets are visible.

Continuity: When it shows Dwight and Theo together, Dwight goes to the stairs, and starts to climb up on his own, and Theo covers him. In one shot, as it shows Theo holding her gun out, there is a clock by her, and the time is 9:10. But when the shot changes, and Theo asks Dwight "Do you need help" the time has changed to 9:45

Continuity: In the scene after the main female characters portray Charlie's Angels, they go back to where the guy in the wheelchair has set up a pad that Cindy has to lure the ghost into, from one shot to the next (when Cindy goes to lure the ghost) Cindy's lipstick colour changes instantly from red to beige although her clothes stay the same.

Continuity: During the duel with Kane, Dwight shoots the leg of a table so that the table falls. He then rides off of the table like a ramp. When he lands we see the table sitting right in the middle of the hall. Later, the table is now right by the wall.

Continuity: After Hanson ruins the pie, as Shorty gets up, the napkin in the table in front of him changes from neatly folded on his plate to screwed up in a big ball.

Continuity: When Cindy is driving along, singing, both of her windows are rolled down about halfway. We can see the window next to Cindy is rolled down halfway in the first two closeups of Cindy. It then cuts to a wideshot of the car and then another closeup, and the window is now fully winded down. Cindy clearly never winds the window down, it has just rolled down between shots.
