The very first time Peter Weller put the suit on, it took him 11 and a half hours to get it on fully. The first scene he shot in it was the scene where he walks out of the police building and catches the keys thrown at him. The keys kept bouncing off his rubber hands, and the scene, which only lasts a few seconds on screen, wasn't finished until 2 hours after they started filming it. Orion, annoyed that a whole day's filming was wasted on that one scene, were close to pulling the plug on the whole production. See more...
