Continuity: When Barry gives the tour and mentions the psychology department, the people in the tour change places instantly.
Visible crew/equipment: When Barry is explaining how Josh and Tiffany made a pact to be loyal, a cameraman sitting on a trolley and being pushed forward by another person is visible in Tiffany's TV.
Continuity: When Josh is calling his girlfriend in the morning (after he had this bad dream about her cheating on him) you see the snake in the background. At first it's in the left corner of its cage, the next moment it's in the other corner.
Continuity: When we first see Josh phone Tiffany, the way he hold the phone changes instantly. Note the little finger.
Continuity: When Jacob and Beth are talking about not being in a relationship, Beth's hair is blowing wildly in one shot but still in the next.
Plot hole: When Beth is in Josh's room she picks up the card that says "Love Tiffany" and then asks "Who is Tiffany Henderson?" She wouldn't have known her last name.
Continuity: When Beth asks about Tiffany, her hands are on Josh's shoulder. Camera cuts and they are on his chest.
Continuity: The morning after Beth and Josh have sex, Barry is playing on the acoustic guitar. Between shots it is either on his lap or on the stand. There is not enough time to put it on the stand between shots.
Revealing: When the boys drive the car over the gap in the bridge, look at the side view that shows the main jump, watch the front wheels, they lift up in the air unnaturally before the car leaves the ramp.
Visible crew/equipment: When jumping the river, the driver has sunglasses on. In them, you can see a light screen reflected.
Factual error: In the scene where the guys are in the cafe, the waiter pours coffee, then puts his hand underneath the hot coffee pot. You cannot do that with a true glass coffee pot if your coffee is hot.
Revealing: When Barry is feeding the snake there is some sort of plastic over its mouth.
Visible crew/equipment: When Kyle's dad is at the motel and asking about his son, the attendant has glasses on and in the lenses you can make out a light screen being reflected.
Visible crew/equipment: When the girls put the tape into the VCR you can just make out the side of the camera and cameraman in the mirror.
Revealing: When they arrive at the University, they drive through a puddle and stop. On the road you can see wet marks for previous takes. It's clear it's from the previous takes as the marks stop exactly where the bus stops.
Continuity: When Kyle is attacked by his dad, the revolver his dad had disappears instantly.
Visible crew/equipment: In the scene when Josh and Tiffany go into her dorm room after the mail room scene; Josh goes to close the door and as he does a mysterious hand catches the door from the outside and closes it for him.
Continuity: The college is supposed to be Ithaca University, but in the stadium scene they fail to cover up the University of Georgia "G" in the middle of the field. There are also times when they are supposedly in other states but they are obviously in Georgia the whole time..
Continuity: When we first see the padded envelope, Josh has put three stamps on it, spaced out. Then when he finally retrieves it, there are 8 stamps. Admittedly his friend might have replaced them with the correct postage, unlikely though it is, but unforgivably, the address is completely different - most noticeable is the middle line. The first time it's "5893 Tyler", and the second time it's "695 University Dr." The sender's address also changes from "Columbus St." to "549 Campus Drive".
